Hi community, we understand how being able to send quote reminders like you can for invoices, would help with following up on uncommitted work with your customers and potentially locking in sales.
For the time being, as many will be aware you can resend a quote that’s already been sent, by clicking the 3 dot menu in the top right and choosing ‘Send’, where you’ll have the option to change the email and who it’s being addressed to.
This is something we have intentions of diving into discovery for this year and I’ll return to share more news when things progress. Thanks

We have entered all of our products and services into Xero in GBP as it is our base currency. This suits us for our UK customers, however when we deal with foreign customers, whose currency is set either by the parameter in the contact info or directly via the quote / invoice, the numerical value of the product does not change to match the exchange rate as set by XE (other conversion facilities are available)
For example, if we create a quote for a US customer who wants 'Product X' valued at £10. This item will show in their quote valued at $10, instead of circa $12.65. This means that we have to manually go through every item in the quote / invoice and do the conversion ourselves. This is very time inefficient. Xero already has the conversion rate and the customer's preferred currency. Surely the software can do some simple maths in the background to convert these costs automatically, line by line?
Can you implement this feature please?
