  1. A setting in the backend to turn on/off to find and match transactions within a certain amount (i.e.-/+0.05).

    These are usually (if not always a rounding adjustment). It's currently a 4-step process to add a minor adjustment.

    Also, selecting minor adjustment or bank fee, can the difference auto populate in the amount field?!!

  2. I would like to receive a notification when draft purchase bills are automatically created when using e-invoicing. Otherwise, i wouldn't know it was there to be paid.

  3. just like overtime wages, it's important to separate unused annual leave paid from regular annual leave paid because this will enable accountant to quickly cal-check whether super guarantee has been calculated/set up correctly. it's impractical or inefficient if we have to check all the pay item settings.

  4. TEMPLATE FOR COMMON SPLIT PAYMENTS
    We need to be able to save a split payment as a template (like a bank rule)
    eg: registration is always split with gst, no gst etc, let us save that transaction as a template for easy recon next time. Bank rule isnt helpfull as when you have 20 different regos being paid to the same company then a simple split template would be very helpful

  6. I am looking for a way to view a value for the supplier or customer transaction as a total value not as individual lines in the vat201 report. For example. I have 3 line transactions in 1 customer invoice, so it shows these three separately. I dont want to view it like that, I want to view it as a complete value, so we can double check the whole invoice as opposed to going to the invoice and looking line through line, which is extremely time consuming

    Hi community, we appreciate this idea has collected a fair amount of interest which has all been shared with and reviewed by the product team.

    While this isn't currently being worked on there are other ideas this team are working on right now, including a bulk void feature and highlighting rows when selected. Although these features are still under development process and we don't have confirmed release dates yet.

    With regards to having a separate field for the posting date and invoice date, our team is interested in better understanding this idea as it may be something they look to develop down the track. They really appreciate and encourage you to continue to share your experiences, pain points and insights. This will help them understand how this feature can benefit you and other customers, as well as gauge demand for it.

  10. Add a filter to Purchase Overview, Bills, to filter out Archived Supplier / Contacts.
    Generally not necessary to keep seeing bills for old achived suppliers.

  11. You can upload your logo and it appears on your invoices. Great. But here is an easy win, replace the initials on the Menu drop down with the company logo too? It would just be a nice touch.

  12. Instead of tying in the amounts, what about adding a tick box next to the value where you can select the full amount shown and only if a lesser amount is to be used then have to type in the value.

  15. Now that NZ has 7 days transactional banking by all banks, can BNZ who is only providing Xero with bank feeds Tuesday- Saturday, (per Xero support) now send Monday- Saturday, so Saturday/Sunday transactions can be reconciled Monday's and information be up to date.

  16. Hi! I like the option to 'bookmark' frequently used reports using the star icon. However, I often click on the star of a report in my Favourites section by mistake, which immediately removes it from that section. It would be great to have a 'undo' option pop up, so you don't have to manually search for the report and add it back in again.

  17. Business Snapshot - I see that business snapshot contains figures that can help small or big businesses interpret their business flow. Is it possible if Xero can add a feature where there is a suggested inputs or tips to increase profitability or current ratio if the business has low results, identify risks as well through the generated reports in system?

  18. We are a plant hire business and have recently started using Xero Projects to measure profitability by project/vehicle. We raise a significant number of sales invoices every day. This can only be done manually so as to match Purchase Order to Delivery Note and other relevant backing documentation.

    The project allocation selection is the final entry item, which doesn't run with the order the backing information is reviewed. It would be a great timesaver if the input boxes on the sales invoice creation screen could be moved around.

    The above update would enhance our efficiency.

  19. It is really basic, the permission control is not flexible and give more options. How about to give multiple choosing box for permissions. I want to create a user and give him permission to create and print quotations and a purchase order permission to create and submit for approval. Because the purchase approval permission i want to give to the manager levels only.
