  1. Have a choice of rounding depreciation calculations up to the nearest dollar and reporting $ only in the depreciation schedule and other fixed asset reports.
    Currently it rounds to the nearest cent.. This does not suit our requirements and so have to prepare our own depreciation schedules outside of Xero

    Hi Wendell, it'd be good to understand the needs behind your idea here. Is there a specific reason you'd like to be able to send a invoices of different status together? 

    In lieu, you could look at running and exporting the Contact transaction reports to help paint a picture of your customers activity, this could then be sent to them outside of Xero. 

  4. One of my clients has hundreds of employees and at present when processing an unscheduled pay run, I have to keep clicking through the pages to find the employee. It would be so much quicker to be able to search for an employee within the Draft Payrun to then select to add.

  5. Once a quote is sent or accepted a subsequent change to a client's address should not change the older accepted or sent quotes, they should retain the address used at the time of sending the quote. That way the quotes can be retrieved in the future and the document matches what was sent to the client at that time.

    This is particularly important as quote forms part of a purchase contract and there may be instances where the original quote has to be reproduced for audit or legal reasons.

    Presently if you print a quote again after a few months…

  9. I would LOVE a link back to draft bills & invoices from the approved bill or invoice. When using email to bill and repeating invoices, after approval there is a link to add a new 'whatever'. But there is no single-click option to go straight to drafts to keep processing these. Instead you must click twice to purchases overview and then drafts.

    When processing a large queue of draft bills and invoices, this would be a huge time-saver for me, and I'm sure many others.

    Hi all, I wanted to share that while there's no export option on the Account Transactions screen itself, it is possible to export a list of unreconciled Account Transactions with the Business Bank Account Reconciliation Summary report. If you export a copy of this to Excel you'll find the sections for Plus Outstanding Payments and Less Outstanding Receipts which are the unreconciled account transactions. Hope that helps 😊

  12. Can the bank feed expiry date be shown on the dashboard or perhaps in the bank account screen rectangle for each account. It is a frustrating task to have to repeatedly contact clients to update this .... and worse they tend to blame Xero for the functionality rather than GDPR

  14. The HubSpot-Xero integration should pull the "deal name" on HubSpot into the "invoice reference" on Xero. The way the integration currently works means that when you generate invoices from HubSpot the invoice reference on Xero is blank, making it impossible to identify which deals they relate to.

    Thanks for the idea, Matt. Not something we have direct plans for expanding the Hubspot integration for just atm, but I've made sure to share with our team in this space and its something they'll consider as they continue to improve the Hubspot and Xero integration. 

    For the meantime, we'll get a sense of the wider interest in this here. 🙂

  15. When processing a single payment for multiple invoices from the same customer, why can't you simply go to the customer, select the invoices paid and process. This is what most other accounting systems do and it is much easier then the Xero batch deposit process which is clumsy and time consuming.

  18. We have one contact who is a customer and a supplier. When I go to contacts I can do the report of recent invoices (to them as customer) and also the report for recent bills. But they are both have the same headings - ÏNVOICES. Can you not change the heading of the supplier recent bills report to BILLS.

  19. Instalment Activity Statement - It would be good if you could add a template cover letter for quarterly instalment activity statements. I receive phone calls from client asking why they are required to lodge a BAS as the current AS cover letter is confusing and docent distinguish between the different statements.

  20. Send Statements, Outstanding, Select Date.

    We want to send statements to our clients for invoices that are 30 days overdue - so if I put in the 28th February 2022, Xero brings up a list of all overdue invoices as at that date however some of those invoices have been paid so if I send out the 'Activity Statement' its not a true record of the invoices outstanding.

    I would like Xero to change this so that you can either click on each invoice you want to send out ie the ones that haven't been paid or Xero only shows…
