    1. Enable partial sale of assets - allows one to dispose of assets that have been added as one transaction.

    2. Enable bulk sale of assets - allowing one to select all assets involved within a sale to be sold for one purchase price i.e. sale of a fitout of a Hairdresser, over the years they had purchased numerous items and completed numerous renovations.

  3. Ability to link quote and invoice (not billing from the actual quote)
    We currently keeping time in Avaza and pulling time through on our invoices in Avaza into Xero. The actual time(our cost) is then shown in the Xero invoice which is changed to the invoice amount. I am trying to get to the ultimate spreadsheet - Quote (budget column) vs Actual cost (time) vs Invoiced amounts (this all has to be shown as the separate line items quoted)

  5. We have grant funding so wages as well as super needs to be applied with the tracking code to acquit grant correctly. Presently, there is no availability to apply tracking codes against the superannuation, as well it is only available through timesheets for the wages.
    It would be very helpful if tracking codes could be applied directly with pay items in employee template (similarly like other software) so this can be applied when leave is taken also

  6. Hi, It would be great if payslips line items match the 'pay template' pay items or alternatively, for pay items that have a YTD amount to be shown on all payslips (with the Nil or $amount for the current pay period as applicable with the YTD) to breakdown 'Other Previous Earnings'.
    This will also assist tracking multiple pay items where it can vary each pay cycle, coding and tracking STP rates and categories, YE finalisation and review. Many thanks.

  8. AI automated Supplier Statement Reconciliation! To allow business to match the invoices in their bills to pay with the invoices shown on their suppliers statements to ensure none are missing and everyone is paid on time without delays. We are currently looking to outsource to external parties not related to xero to do this so it is possible to implement. But to have it centralised and available within xero would be great. By automating this process allows for focus towards other accounting and business aspects.

    Hi everyone, to keep you updated on this idea work in this space will provide the ability to add a new blank row to your invoice one at a time. Once added you'll also have the ability to drag and drop the row to where you'd like it placed in your invoice, which we know some customers use to help format their invoices and space lines out.  

    I appreciate that some customers have mentioned wanting to add multiple blank rows at once, and want to be open that this isn't planned with this release.

    Being under development atm, we plan to have this to you all before classic invoicing is retired and I'll be back as soon as it's out to let you know, here.

  11. A while ago before an update, when working on a set of accounts in Blue Xero, there was an option to 'highlight text' from the main screen of the report, but this was changed to make it so you had to go to 'edit layout' in order to be able to highlight text yellow.

    It would be so great if we could have this feature back on the main page as it was so much more user friendly. I would suggest in the area next to the bold/italics/underline/bullet points area which is where it used to be.

  14. Is it possible to permanently remove the help banners that continually appear at the top of screens in Xero?

    Ideally, it would be nice to use these (if needed) and then close them off permanently, so they don't reappear every time you work in the file.

    They take a significant amount of space at the top of the screen so you actually have to X them out.

  15. Draft Bills - BULK add Due date when bulk approving.
    - need to use when creating RCTI's from purchase orders. We have the option to bulk move from Purchase order to Draft Bill, but then must open each one individually to apply the due date so that they can then be approved.

    Another alternative is to add a 'due date' field on the screen when choosing to transfer the Purchase Orders to the Draft Bill page
