Xero, please add a new repeating invoice report; its a good way to assess a contract portfolio. It is difficult to assess trends and new business as repeating invoices and individual sales invoices get mixed in. Similar to Andy below, we have hundreds of businesses on repeating invoices- I am still having to rely heavily on excel to try and monitor our long term business. Why also can we not export the repeating sales information at the very least? Please get this report!

We currently have over 340 repeating invoices and adding more on a monthly basis because we're an accountancy firm and a Xero partner/reseller! It's currently impossible to report on the values / descriptions / branding / recipient email address of these repeating invoices.. and checking them individually is nonsense in this day and age.. come on Xero!

We currently have over 100 repeating invoice templates (variety of monthly/quarterly etc) but cannot extract a list of these showing details. Instead, I have to open each template to check for accuracy. I asked Xero for this ability some years ago, & still no action. This is obviously a popular request looking at the comments here, Xero!

I can't believe this doesn't exist yet. There's no way to see the detail of the repeating invoices. We for example have customers with several sites and they're invoiced a yearly fee. It's impossible to see if all the sites have been accounted for without going into the repeat invoice and checking the description. I don't really want to use yet another software and pay for that too

At the very least I need to be able to view the repeating invoices list screen without the reference field being truncated. This is especially annoying as the 'next invoice date' field width is the same width as the reference field width - which is a poor design as any date field only needs to be 11 characters wide.

If I can't have a report, then I would expect to be able to export the repeating invoices with all fields included in the export

Thanks Nick, beanbox looks good. I agree, having to use a third party appfor basic functionality not available in Xero is very silly.
I manually populate my spreadsheet, then import it into monday.com so I can report forecast recurring revenue using their executive dashboard

We are currently using https://www.beanbox.app/ do this, which seems silly when this should be part of Xero reporting.

Very important as I have over 50 repeating invoices and have to manually populate a spreadsheet with their details

Better reporting is one reason why we wanted to move from Sage to Xero, I'm very disappointed that this is not available to us, it doesn't seem hard to add in.

It's very surprising that repeating invoices aren't included in invoice report. Ideally I should be able to select "Repeating invoices" in the "More" dropdown alongside quotes and prepayments

We really need a way to report on and/or export repeating invoices, ideally including the theme/branding of the invoice, as we use that to determine which clients are paying by Direct Debit.

We need
1) a customisable report of repeating invoices
2) add an export to excel or pdf option and
3) the functionality to customise the headings of the repeating invoices view

Can anyone tell me why I can export my repeating invoices. You can export all other invoices "draft, awaiting payment etc" but you cannot export repeating invoices.
I have to pay for a separate product that can carry out this simple request but I should not have to pay a separate company for this.
It's absolutely crazy I cannot forecast my repeating invoices and start viewing reports. Xero have totally failed its clients with such an important report and function.
