Invoice/Bills: Notifications - Reminder Invoice/Bill becomes due

To have an option to set up e-mail notifications to receive a report when an invoice payable becomes due

Purpose: To easily be reminded when invoices/bills due through email.

Hi team, we appreciate the attention this idea has received and do want to share that while we aren't directly developing at this stage, notification and being able to collaborate on bills is something our team are currently looking into. 

We can't provide any promises right now, but we wanted to loop you all in on news. Once the teams research has concluded and we have a better sight on what can be done in this space I'll return to update you all, here. Thanks

    A simple report that we can print that has a total amount per planned date would be a great feature to have. Not all managers access Xero to get what they need. Currently I have to manually type it out for them.

    Absolutely required especially for small businesses who have multiple people covering the bookkeeping side of things.

    For a business to track their bills to pay it is a critical feature. Specially when we pay heaps of money to use XERO and there is no much development on system.
    Maybe I should add my Xero bill to pay and see if I remember paying it.

    This is such a basic requirement and so similar to invoice reminders, it should be a simple feature to develop

    Planned payment date weekly email. It would be great to receive a weekly (or selectable period in settings) email showing planned payment dates of bills to help with planning payruns/cash forecasts.

    I'm shocked that a feature like this is not available for a market leading platform like Xero. A simple notification or email a day before or on the day of a payment is due is all it takes to make this app much more simple for SME businesses who do not have internal accounts teams to monitor and manage their accounts.

    Hi, Xero has increased the fees recently and Will increase the subscription charges in future as well. most surprising thing is after having these many comments from xero users, no action has been taken yet.

    Millions of user are suing xero now and they cant look into it and fix the issue so it will be more efficient and user friendly.
