Email Settings - customise style
I would like to be able to customise the styling on the invoice emails sent to customers. Changing the colour of the buttons etc.

I can't believe that the offensive bold price cannot be toggled on/off in the invoice email.
From a business that touts the tagline "Beautiful Business", you couldn't be further off the mark.
Pricing and payment details are the job of the invoice to display.
The email should be a polite way to introduce the charge.Your analytics might tell you people are 'clicking' on this CTA area, but they won't tell you how offended long-term clients are with a dirty big dollar amount being the first thing they see.
Looking elsewhere for bookkeeping on account of this feature and templating in general for that matter.

I would like to bring to your attention a specific aspect of the invoice emails sent through Xero, which I believe could benefit from further customisation options.
One of my clients recently pointed out that the default format of the invoice email, particularly with the amount due being prominently centered and displayed in a large, bold font, can feel a bit overwhelming and impersonal. After reviewing this, I can understand how it might come across negatively, as it highlights the payment due in a way that can feel more like a demand than a courteous request for payment.
In my experience, the tone and presentation of communication are just as important as the content, especially when it comes to invoicing. I believe allowing users to have more control over the layout and presentation of invoice emails would greatly improve the client experience. Specifically, the ability to modify text formatting, adjust the prominence of the amount due, and perhaps even add personalised messaging would make a significant difference in how invoices are perceived by our customers.
I would like to request that Xero consider adding this level of email customisation for invoices in future updates. This would give businesses like ours more flexibility in crafting the right tone for client communications and maintaining a professional, customer-centric approach.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

It’s ridiculous that we cannot change the colour of the button

That will be great but unfortunately,Xero will just ignore this one too as they normally do with most of their users requests.
See you back here in about 5 years and this won't probably be anywhere close to implementation.
Same as the option to delete contacts. It has been requested for years and nothing happens. Typical Xero.

It's unbelievable to me that I can't at least set the colour or text of the "Pay Now" button...

I'd like to support this as the button colours are coming out green for me which makes it look as if I'm using Sage or QBO!!! Not the look I want to go for! I would love to use our brand colours but Xero blue is fine too for me. Just please not green!!!!

We want this ability too, the green Review and Pay Tab is just horrible.

Would want to create a template which does not show the company name.

Our emails look off-brand. Changing the button colour would help for "Review and Pay".

Yes we would like to be able to do this also as I have notice different files have different colours

Yes we would like have black colour instead of green to align with our company logo. Option to change colour for "Review and pay" bar would be much helpful.

We would like the ability to specify button colours for the emails that get sent out with the invoices, as there is currently no way to edit the colours to match brand colours which is very annoying, and far from ideal from a brand perspective.
The out of the box button colours cannot be changed, yet look different for different xero users.
