Bills - Drag and drop Files from email into Xero
In the Bills section under- New Bill and Upload Bill you cannot currently drag and drop the file from an email into the box. You either have to email or download the file would be time saving if you could just drag and drop straight from email into the new bill box.

It is not only bills that require drag and drop from emails it is additional sales information for invoices, receipts for spend money and receive money transactions. Please fix this issue.

Xero is going backwards, new features they say but use more keystrokes. I agree with all the comments on here. This was a function, so why take it away?
Now they are blaming Microsoft for the issue due to last update. Microsoft is used widley around the world so wouldnt be in Xero's best interest to stay current. Their advice was to go back to previous version. Like 1 person operating on old version and rest on the latest. As we all know this causes issues if not on same release.

Also to do the opposite - to drag and drop from Xero to email to send a copy of a bill easily etc

I agree. I used to be able to drag from an email, but for the last 8 months, this function has stopped working. It is too time-consuming to save everything in another file to upload.

I have a new hard drive and now the drag & drop will not work, Xero or hard drive issue?

For some reason, just started today the email PDF attachements are comming through as per attached file. Even past emailed PDF have changed to this new formatt that won't drag and drop
