Practice Manager | Report Builder - 12 month option in Monthly Summary reports
In XPM Report Builder, for "Monthly Summary" report types, there needs to be an option added for 12 months of data to report.
This would allow a full financial year's worth of data to be summarised monthly where required.

Practice Manager | Jobs - Bulk Reallocate Staff in Recurring Jobs
Recurring jobs allow for staff allocation. When you need to amend these reallocations they have to be done one by one. We would like to be able to make these bulk as they can be in live Jobs.

Can we please have the budget listed on the invoicing page under a job when you produce a final invoice.
Currently there is job, name and description listed on this page but not budget.

Xero Tax(UK) - save a default signature for accountants' report
Ability to add a default accountant's signature in the accountants' report. This would mean that the we do not have to sign each and every report before sending to client to approve and sign the balance sheet.

Invoicing: Include original bill as attachment when expensing on to client
I would like to be able to attach a bill that has been expensed to a client to the client's invoice so that if client would like to view the expense bills it is available to them.

AU Tax: CGT - Allow pro-rata of private use days
The CGT worksheet does not allow for pro-rata of capital gain based on private use days.

NZ Tax - Bulk create GST/Tax returns for the period/year
Currently we have to create GST/Tax returns one at a time for our entire list. It would be great if we can create gst returns on the gst jobs in one go so we don't miss any on the outstanding report.

Ability to switch Xero feature off for invoice/billing - prefilling account code
Have come across Xero "feature" of auto filling the account code on a bill, however the code Xero put in had nothing to do with the expense and never has been. The ability to switch this feature off so clients have to actually look for the correct code would be beneficial.

Xero will use your defaults accounts for a supplier or the inventory item to assign a pre-selected account code to the bill you've created. You can read a bit more about that here.
Just to clarify, is this the feature you're referring to? If so, it's possible to disable this by not entering in defaults for the items or contacts in question 😊

Practice Manager | Timesheet - View latest to oldest
Ability to choose to have the latest timesheet entry appearing at the top of the list in the timesheet view instead of at the bottom.

Practice Manager | Client reporting - Field mapping
Some of the field labels in a report don't match the field in the profile, which can cause confusion, incorrect reports and more time spent on building reports than needed.
For example, on a client profile, we have the 'Partner' and 'Manager', however, when trying to report on these fields, they are called 'Account Manager' and 'Job Manager'.
It would make reporting easier if all labels/titles matched or at least referred to them, e.g. Account Manager (Partner).

AU Tax | Estimate on Company Tax Return - Move to front page
There should be the option to show the tax estimate (i.e.: calculation page) for companies on the front page of the tax return instead of being buried within the body of the report.
For a lot of clients the first page is what they are really interested in (calculation of tax payble/refundable).
Having the flexibility of being able to change page ordering within Xero Tax without having to do it manually would be helpful.

Hubdoc - Increase Decimal Places when entering multiple line items.
When entering line items in Hubdocs it would be so useful if we could enter the same number of decimal places that are available in Xero. When we split invoices into line items it is very clunky having to make rounding adjustments because we only have 2 decimal places in Hubdocs, yet 4 in Xero.

Practice Manager | Recurring Jobs - 2 date fields (Issue date & work start date)
It would be useful to have two dates for recurring jobs - one on which the recurring job is generated and a second date for when the work is to be started. We like to have all of our annual jobs generate on 1 April so we can easily see what work is outstanding for the year, received or not, but we obviously can't start everything in April. The planning aspects of XPM would be more useful if we could set the jobs to generate on 1 April then input a start date of when we are likely to start…

Hubdoc - Support Access to Multiple Xero Orgs
Enhance the App to allow persistence of multiple Organizations. Currently if you log into Xero with different credentials for different organizations, you can not do the same in the Hubdoc mobile app.
Instead, the lucky few who have admin access to one of their Hubdoc organizations can invite their username from the other organization. This workaround only works if you are an officer of both, as inviting external users is probably a no no for most organizations. This was almost a showstopper to using Xero for myself for a 2nd org, and I am sure there are lots of people…

NZ Tax - Show Checksum# on front screen of returns
It would be great if the checksum # showed on the front screen of tax returns. When signed returns come back from clients out tax administrator must check this number matches before marking as signed. Currently they need to print and view to check. It would be so much quicker if this number showed on the front screen of the tax return somewhere.

Xero Tax (AU) - Ability to re-order pages before printing
Would be good if there was an option to reorder the pages in a tax return, primarily to be able to bring the tax estimate to the front page of the tax return as that tends to be the key information the client wants to see and it is buried at page 3 or 4 of the tax return when printed.

Hubdoc - Turned off foreign currency
Please can foreign currency be OPTIONAL and turned off?
Foreign currency has been added our file in error via an invoice from Hubdoc that was uploaded as USD. It has since been corrected to AUD and there are no foreign currency transactions in the ledger.
BUT - all reports annoyingly come up with all the 'source' columns. We don't want this to accidentally happen again when we are getting invoices from offshore software providers etc.
