Xero Tax (UK) | Ability to choose rounding accounts
It would be really useful to be able to apply rounding adjustment (similar to those on the SOCE) for items in the accounts, but done on the face of the accounts. For example a use of home allowance will be a journaled amount each year, usually the same year on year. On a large number of accounts that i have produced recently this is rounded up one year and then rounded down the next year. This makes the accounts look messy and no amount of journaling the figures on the trial balance (which wastes significant time) will get this to…

XPM - Edit 'to-do' list items
If you currently want to edit a line on the to do list you have to create a new line and enter the data, than delete the previous item.
It would be great if we could have an edit function on the to do list so we did have to add the extra step of recreation2 votes -
XPM Custom Reports - Bulk select new fields to add
It would be handy to be able to select (and deselect) in bulk when adding fields to a custom report. Currently, you can only select one item at a time from a dropdown list. It becomes very confusing when adding multiple fields, particularly when you have to keep scrolling down to find the field that you need. Also, it is difficult to determine which fields have been added etc.

- Practice Manager | Client - Copy a client (including all contacts)
- Practice Manager - Regular syncing of "Clients" to Xero Blue "Contacts"
If not, would you mind providing a few more details so myself and other users can better understand and upvote it? It'll also mean I can make sure it gets in front of the right product people at Xero 😊

Xero Tax AU- Add 'Notes' feature on individual line items
Xero Tax currently allows adding notes only on the cover page (character limit of 140) and on D1 (motor vehicle expense).
It would be great if we could add explanatory notes (and simple calculations) on each of the line items if need be. I moved from Sage Handisoft to Xero and can't comprehend why such a useful and simple feature is not there in Xero. It would reduce the burden of creating additional workpapers for simple returns and will be handy even for the complex ones.

XPM Invoices - Budget field on invoicing page
Can we please have the budget listed on the invoicing page under a job when you produce a final invoice.
Currently there is job, name and description listed on this page but not budget.

Find and recode sort by other columns
Currently you can click the Inv Ref field in a results list from a search in Find & Recode and it will add a little ^ symbol to indicating it is sorting by that column.
It's not.
It's sorting by the date column.
Same if you click it again and get a \/ symbol.
Xero said that it's working as designed 🥴
Fix this madness and either remove the ability to click the column and the suggestion it's sorting (the ^ symbol) or make it work (sort by that column).

Hubdoc - Support Access to Multiple Xero Orgs
Enhance the App to allow persistence of multiple Organizations. Currently if you log into Xero with different credentials for different organizations, you can not do the same in the Hubdoc mobile app.
Instead, the lucky few who have admin access to one of their Hubdoc organizations can invite their username from the other organization. This workaround only works if you are an officer of both, as inviting external users is probably a no no for most organizations. This was almost a showstopper to using Xero for myself for a 2nd org, and I am sure there are lots of people…

XPM - Option to rename and/or disable unwanted "Business Structure" types
There is currently no functionality to either re-name or disable the standard business structure types provided in XPM. For example "Not for Profit" is technically an entity classification - a NFP classification could apply to a Private Company, a Public Company or an Incorporated Association to name a few examples. We have used custom fields to profile these types of classifications separately. Currently, we have to manually review business structure profiles & update these where types outside our guidelines have been applied. It would save a great deal of hassle if unwanted types could be re-configured or disabled at practice…

Income Tax Client Report - ITCRPT - Extra field request to show progressing status with ATO
We have an Income Tax Client Report (ITCRPT Report) which links to the ATO and shows us who still needs to be lodged and their due date. We would like to add jobs to it so we can see the progress of their associated tax return job. Xero Support have advised currently, it is not possible to include any extra details to the ITCRPT Report.

XPM | Job Manager - Search by Job Name
The search was recently changed so you could search by client, but now if I search for 'GST' it will bring up all jobs with GST even in the description (i.e. a bunch of annual accounts and other jobs). Can the search be limited to Job Name rather than the detailed description in the job?

Hubdoc - Quick view of outstanding receipts
Simplified view of outstanding receipts that need to be processed to the accounting software ie numbers reflected in the top tabs.

Hubdoc - Automate receipt publishing rules
I have 19 rental properties with 19 separate AT&T internet bills monthly. There needs to be a method within Hubdoc to automate publishing each receipt to a uniqueTracking Category each month. Right now it is all manual and very time consuming.

Clients - Ability to assign multiple job numbers
we use job numbers to identify the works being carried out so I entered the Job number in Contacts against the Client name but this number comes out on the invoice against the client name on the address block. It would be good to be able to have multiple jobs nos for each client so we can identify the job no. on the Customer page

Hubdoc - extract customer name for sales invoices
At the moment Hubdoc extracts supplier name only which makes it tricky to use for processing sales invoices as the customer has to be manually selected and has no default settings. If Hubdoc could also extract customer name, it would really help with AR processing.

NZ Tax - Bulk create GST/Tax returns for the period/year
Currently we have to create GST/Tax returns one at a time for our entire list. It would be great if we can create gst returns on the gst jobs in one go so we don't miss any on the outstanding report.
