  2. Mapping - Xero Tax (AU) - Ability to map accounts to more than one field on the tax return.
    ie Wages are included at P8 as a business expense but also needs to be reported at P15.
    It needs to be manually entered at P15, this should be automatically mapped.

  4. Would be great if on the 'Ask' Tab when you've loaded the search query and picked the finical period in question you could attached the TB or other reports within Xero with out having download first and attach it.
    It would also mean you could do serval clients in one sitting rather than one at a time, which an email would be quicker for.

  5. It would be useful if the Tax Payments screen in Xero Practice Manager had an "all" tab, where you could see all tax payments due (for a certain date). This is useful if you don't know what stage a certain letter is at.

  7. Practice Manager - Client Report - Include Client Verification notes as a reportable field.

    Wanting to create a report that enables us to view the notes added to the Client Verification section. Currently it looks like you can only build reports with the Date Verified, Verified by and Verified fields. Would be good to be able to also view the notes. Particularly for non-individual clients who also need to have the relevant individuals also verified which does not always happen at the same time.

    Current workaround is to create a new custom field to record the same information as recorded…

  8. The ability to copy and use the prior year's ITR template to enable early lodgments for substituted accounting period. e.g. trusts with 31 December balance dates which are due for lodgement on 30 April, but template isn't ready until 1 July.

  10. Include "Statements" in the XPM Business\Settings\Personalisation - Email Sending Settings section so that emailed customer/client statements are sent from the practice and not the individual staff member email address who may happen to have emailed out a customer/client statement.

  13. For the prior year comparable option in Xero - The compare functionality is only on the main forms, but can you include on schedules?? The prior year comparables only seem to appear re the Form C Disclosures, not any accompanying schedules - would love this feature to be so the comparison can be printed out

On JOB MANAGER - If more than one staff member is allocated to a job with multiple tasks a icon / green tick / should be added next to a persons name or the name should be highlighted if all their tasks in that specific job is completed. That will help with recon process for managers, without having to go into the job every time to see which staff member has to still complete their tasks.

    AS ATTACHED IMAGE - OUR PRACTICE WILL NOW KNOW ANEL HAS COMPLETED ALL THE TASKS ASSIGNED TO HER IN THIS SPESIFIC JOB WITHOUT NEEDING…

  15. I would love to build out a customizable reporting dashboard for each client, that I could grant specific access to. It could include specific monthly reports, live reports (like a rolling 12 month p&l for example) or widgets with live reports (for AP and AR) like on the current Xero dashboard. Perhaps include some KPI calculations. As an accountant, I could prepare the dashboard for each client's needs, and then email them a link to the dashboard each month when the accounting is updated.
    With a simple dashboard like this I wouldn't be shopping for outside reporting tools like reach…

  17. Similar to Xero Receipt Scanner, but just for timesheets

    A functionality (app) that can scan a manual handwritten timesheet from a notebook and enter the time spent into XPM timesheet, for people who prefer manually writing timesheets in a notebook.

  18. Previously it will show the Net GST amount without finalised or filed. However, now it require to do it in order to display. Would suggest to always display the amount for our summary, instead click into detail page.

  19. Reporting - it would be helpful if it was possible to draw supplier bills that have been assigned to a customer with the relevant customer invoice to compare raw figures of income against cost of sales. At the moment this is not possible. My CEO regularly asks for the info between COS and invoice amount. I am currently trawling through 50 invoices over a 2 month period for one supplier.

  20. If you currently want to edit a line on the to do list you have to create a new line and enter the data, than delete the previous item.
    It would be great if we could have an edit function on the to do list so we did have to add the extra step of recreation
