  1. It would be great if when a client completes their BGLiD verification, that that data can go back to XPM and complete the Client Verification section. Would save a lot of time & reduce the potential for entries being missed.

I am happy to report you can already do this in Xero Mebea! Just click Options on the top right corner of the bank statement line then select create bank rule. Xero will then use the description from the bank statement line to set up the bank rule. We have a bit if help around this in Xero Central, but if you need an extra hand you can raise a case with our Xero Support specialists. 😊

  5. We would just like to be able to see the Partner name on the Xero Practice Manager (XPM) client screen alongside the client name, phone number and address instead of having to go into each client to get this information. Especially useful for new admin staff who need to allocate various correspondence between multiple Partners.

Hey Linda, you can actually see the Partner and Manager names above the clients details in the original version of XPM, and with the new Partner Hub these will be seen next to the client details as you have described. If you have not familiar with the new Partner Hub you can find more information about it here😊

  6. Both the expenses tile and recent invoice payment tiles show an overstated liability.

The attached screenshot (20080236) shows an invoice which has been part paid and only has a balance to pay of £500, yet the full amount of the invoice is displayed.
It also shows (20081413) an expenses claim which has had £200 paid and again the full amount is showing as being due.

Not sure if I have duplicated this issue so would be grateful if you could check - thank you

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I've looked into this for you.

The Dashboard tiles are currently designed to show the total invoice amount for any item that remains "Awaiting Payment."

However, I can see how seeing the remaining balance would be more helpful for your quick-glance liability.

Because you can already view accurate, remaining balances by clicking into Business > Invoices or Bills to pay, I’ve classified this as Existing Functionality.

That said, I will share your feedback with the design team regarding how partial payments are represented on the main Dashboard summary.

Hi Sasha, thank you for raising this. While Xero does not include a dedicated field for BEE certificates, we have a specific Files tab available under every contact or supplier record. You can easily add a copy of the certificate there. If you require any further assistance, please raise a case directly with our support team.
