Financial Cents Integration
I'm moving 9 entities from QBO to Xero in January 2026. QBO, with it's price increase, is no longer the best option for my clients. As you know, Xero is seeing a tremendous shift from QBO to Xero. These QBO users use Financial Cents as their Project Manager. At minimum, If Xero does not do a Financial Cents integration, provide conversion service from Financial Cents to Xero Practice Manager.

Hi Martha, appreciate your idea and for explaining how a Financial Cents integration could help with your clients' migration from QBO.
We’ve reviewed the idea and moved it to Feedback. Because Xero has an open API, any integration request needs to be directed to the app provider—in this case, Financial Cents—to request they build one with Xero. Alternatively, you could raise this suggestion on the Xero Developer Ideas page.
In the meantime, Xero already has a range of apps available for project management, so your clients might find suitable alternatives by browsing the Xero App Store.
