This is really for Xero Blue not practice manager, but you do not have a category for this,
Automated client statements - have the option to send out our practice statements on a regular basis i.e. weekly or fortnightly regardless of the days due or overdue!

This would save a lot of time, unsure why XERO don't have this function, people have been talking about it for years.
Clients paying bills on-time is as important as having a quality accounts package
if set for 14 days it should email at 15 days and you should have the option to send it at a set time, with auto reminders set at a choice of ever day, 2 days 3 days etc automated time setting is better. -

I cannot really believe that Xero does not have this yet, I mean this is a basic feature to be able to send out automatic statements. Doing it manually wastes time and also has the risk to be forgotten which makes some customers angry as they require monthly statements.

Who has time to do a manual statement run each month? With many clients wanting statements sending out this would save a huge amount of time.

Many Customers require their statements by a certain date, sometimes meetings, or leave, come up and I am unable to meet this criteria. It would be really great to "set and forget"

Some customers do not want all their invoices sent separately and want a Statement sent once a month. As I help out with this business for love it is quite hard to keep track of which customers want statements and then to make sure it is sent. Busy with children and full time work is hard enough, being able to choose between invoice reminders and statement reminders would make a massive difference and would free up a lot of time.
