AU Payroll Bonus Deductions Salary Sacrifice
Suggestion - New category of deductions for pre-tax Bonus Salary Sacrifice Items linked to Schedule 5 Tax scales.
Bonus payments use Schedule 5 to calculate tax and therefore the current salary sacrifice deductions as they are now do not make the necessary reduction in tax payable as they are linked to other PAYGW Tax rates. It would also prompt peoples understanding/awareness that this situation is occurring & that not all Salary Sacrifice Deductions work how you would expect.
