Under the 'client' page, we really need more column options. The 13 options that are available aren't all that helpful. Why can't we have a column for address, partner, manager, group?
Struggling to see how industry classification would be helpful when searching for clients...

    It would be great if you could have the Client Reference Code showing as a Column option when sorting / filtering clients in the main screen of XPM.

    ALSO it would be great if this ACTUAL field showed when viewing a clients details as opposed to having to EDIT a client to see it??

    I know there is an Export Code option but why have both when could just make the Client Reference Code visable on a clients detailed page.

    In XPM is there a way to add "Manager" to the Columns field? It would be great not to have to go into the client to find who the Manager is. I realise you can set up a filter to filter by manager, but that doesn't work for when you are trying to search multiple clients to see who their managers are (currently looking at lodgement lists).

    Also, we used to be able to search for a client by their TFN, but this feature seems to have disappeared with the update. Is there a way to bring this back?

    As a new admin officer, I'm still learning who the accountant is for each client.

    I think it would be beneficial that in the clients tab there is a column that has the name of the accountant, rather then having to click onto the clients name and going into the clients details to find which accountant is looking after them.

    Would be really helpful for admin to have the manager listed on the first All Clients page, alongside the existing name, phone and address.

    From admin perspective this would save us opening the client file each time just to check which colleague a client belongs to - this one of our main/frequent tasks and more significant to us than the other details listed.

    this is so critical. When a client calls we have to go all the way into a client to see who the manager is

    It would be very useful to be able to customise All Clients view with your own selection of criteria, not just name, phone number and address. Being able to see the client manager would be beneficial. To be able to select your own choice of fields would be ideal.

    Can we please customise client page on XPM to add a column for the Account Manager. We currently see the Client NAME, PH NUMBER, and ADDRESS. Can we please add Account Manager to the page?
    It would cut out a lot time when processing morning mail or directing phone calls from clients as this would mean we don't have to open the client file to see who they belong to.
