Report - Contacts not used within a time period e.g 12 months
A report to run to identify suppliers and customers that have not used in the last 12 months, so we can archive some contacts.

Hi everyone, confirming here that Smart Lists in Xero only work for Customer lists at present.
That said, while not a report you can actually use JAX to provide you a list that you could then use and reference to the left side of your screen while you check and bulk archive from your Contacts list.
As an example you can ask JAX something like "I want a list of all Supplier contacts that I have not purchased from in the past [x] months" 😊

@Kelly Munro that only works if your customers are purchasing tracked items. I've not yet found a combination of available filters that allows me to find suppliers, nor have I found a combination that allows me to find contacts where the transaction list is empty, or is empty for a given timespan.
