I would like to see this plus staff access rights reporting. It is very time consuming having to go into each staff member to check.
Ideally there we could create staff access profiles so we can set up new staff using the appropriate profile rather than having to create each new staff member individually.
The profiles could also be used to bulk update staff access rights rather than editing each staff member individually.

Please add cash coding to the Starter plan It is available on the cashbook and Standard plans so why not Starter?

Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.
We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;
- Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish
- Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
- Improved the accuracy of the supplier

This idea has been reviewed by our product team however with other priorities right now we don't have immediate plans for developing this capability. If there's any movement or news we'll definitely share with you all, here.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the continued interest in the timer in Practice Manager. As mentioned in my last update, work for a Pause option would require a lot of work, and it's not something we have plans for right now.
However, we understand this is important to our customers and when our team have more capacity we'll explore how we might develop solution for this.
We will keep let you know if there is any progression to share here.

Hi team, we appreciate your engagement and letting us know how a field for adding a clients date of death would help you when working with Xero. We understand having this field would save time hunting around for info when you're preparing tax returns and other client work, and we want you to know this work is being prioritised for development with our product teams.

Sorry for the status confusion here, Simone. Atm, our team has no plan in building the ability to roll forwards the balance sheet items in Workpapers for now. Rest assured that we’ll still gauge the interest in the community here, so keep voting and let us know how this feature can ease your workflow.

It would be great is there was a field that showed when a bank rule was last applied to a transaction. And then to have the ability to sort them in the order of when they were last used.
