Hi community, thanks for sharing your continued interest here. We appreciate the importance of having assurance that mail you send from Xero is being received, and that being able to send from your own company email would increase confidence in this process.
I can confirm this idea has been continually reviewed by our product teams, and being able to send from your own company email is on their radar. Currently there are other priorities, and platform work that requires their attention, before they can consider this more deeply.
When there is opportunity to pick this up, I will share any news with you all here.

Hi team, we appreciate your input to product ideas. While we don't have plans for bulk update of Job names right now, I wanted to share some work we've recently released for other bulk actions.
You can now update the Priority, State, Start date, Due date, Staff, Manager or Partner for multiple jobs at once. Select the jobs from the Job Manager page, click 'Bulk actions' and choose the action you'd like to make.
We'll continue to track the interest for other bulk actions for jobs and share if there is any news for you, here. Thanks

I think Xero misunderstood the assignment. You can now upload multiple individual invoices but still not an individual multiple page invoice.

Hi everyone, we appreciate the continued interest in the timer in Practice Manager. As mentioned in my last update, work for a Pause option would require a lot of work, and it's not something we have plans for right now.
However, we understand this is important to our customers and when our team have more capacity we'll explore how we might develop solution for this.
We will keep let you know if there is any progression to share here.

Try using FYIdoc. It integrates with XPM so you can put your time through FYI and it syncs with XPM and FYI has a pause button!

Totally agree. The number of times I have wished I could pause my time clock while ansering a phone call etc. It would be hugely helpful if you able to add another timesheet while you have one on pause namely for times you need to pause your clock to take a call then record the time on the phone call to another client.

Alternatively, you can bring XERO HQ 'activity' tab back so i can see whose GST is due without a report.

This is really important. I am sure amny of us would be happy to accept the subs increases we have been receiving if more time was put into Payroll as a whole.

Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.
We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;
- Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish
- Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
- Improved the accuracy of the supplier

The autosync is handy when you have lots of the same invoices coming in every week however, it would be even better if you could have multiple line items, very much like creating a rule in Bank Reconciliations in Xero.

Hello everyone, we want to let you know that we’ve recently released the ability to convert PDF bank statements into pre-formatted CSV files in Xero (Read more on our blog for more information).
Currently, this feature is only available in the US and Canada. We know this tool will also be valuable to other regions and we'll be sure to update you with any new information about it becoming available globally.
For now, we’ll move the status of this idea to ‘Under review’. So keep voting and give us your input on how this feature can benefit your workflow!
