Hi everyone, we thoroughly appreciate your input and letting us know your appetite for being able to set the Reply to address for your Xero organisation, here in the idea. As many will have seen with new invoicing, our team have begun testing and making small change to the send experience. While we've been able to make these changes when developing other areas of Xero, we want to be upfront that we don't have a timeframe of when we'll upgrade the email settings page just yet, but this is something we will get to in time - when we do our team will also review the Reply to address options as part of this. So, though there is no movement to share on this just yet please know we will let you know here as soon as there is.

We appreciate wanting to see more rapid movement, everyone. Having done a lot of exploration into this area our team have a good handle on the needs to solve this, however we want to be honest that development will be some time away with the team currently focused on improving bills list views and updating add/edit bill pages. For the time being to keep you up to date we're going to move this idea back to Submitted until more active work takes place for this.
I can assure you this idea is the best place to be leaving feedback for this feature, and Xero Product Ideas as a whole is the best place to be sharing where you'd like to see change across Xero products. This wipes out all 000's of comments on all previous threads, and starting again is ignoring all our previous requests - Why is such a thing not even in development ideas for bills? i have been following this request since early 2019!

Thanks for your feedback on the thread. Though not useful for all, we did bring attention to the reports that could help some people in the forums here.
We'll continue to consider this and other ideas for customer statements as the platform evolves.
Again not a full resolve but another option that could be handy for some is the inclusion of the Outstanding bills link when sending individual invoices to your customers. Through this, persons of a contact will be able to view and get detail of the invoices they have outstanding with you at any given time.

Interesting idea - we'll continue tracking interest here. 🙂 In the meantime I did want to highlight how you can send multiple statements at once and may help some here.
While it's not possible to set a default for each contact, you can currently send statements to multiple users at once -
From your Contact lists either select all, or just the contacts you'd like, select the 3 menu dots in the top right of the page where you'll see an option to 'Send statements'.
- When clicked this will take you to the statements screen where you can further refine the lists of contacts you'd like to send a statement too

Hi everyone, totally get wanting to get an update from us on the idea here. Having a fair amount of interest from users I can say that Quote reminders are defintiely on the teams radar, however with current focus largely on new invoicing we do not have any immediate plans for this in the next 6 months.
I can assure you, though we mightn't be able to provide updates as frequently as you'd like to see, our product teams are heavily involved in the forums here and our community team often connect to share trends, discuss developments and externally communicate changes that are coming across Xero products. It's important to us to continue developing Xero to streamline payments and help our customers get paid sooner, and your idea here does sit in this realm.

Hi everyone, leading on from my last update we have now released improvements to eInvoicing for those in the UK! With the latest change you'll now find we've made it easier for you to opt-in to receive your Xero subscription bill via eInvoicing. You can now do this from your online invoice (My Bills page) instead of through the Billing contact page. Helping save you time and reduce manual data entry every month.😁
We understand there are other regions that'd still like to see this functionality developed and we'll shift back to submitted and share when there is news of moving this further afield.
We also wanted to address the recent comment of data sharing - We'd like to confirm that Xero do not share data with Peppol.com. We use the Peppol network and the subscription invoices are sent using our wholly owned provider, Tickstar.Debbie Bradley supported this idea · -

Hi community, we understand your needs in this feature and want to assure you were taking on board all your feedback.
As many of you accustom to this idea will know, multiple addresses requires a complex solution. It's been something we’ve been moving towards for some time and we’ve done a lot of back end work that will allow us to bring it to you in the future.
We have 12 different products within Xero that rely on contact data, as well as many of our app partners. This means that contacts need to seamlessly flow across technology, products and all connections on Xero. And that’s exactly what we’ve been working on.
One of the reasons we announced the retirement of classic invoicing is because many of the features being asked for, just can’t be brought into classic invoicing. The old technology has too many technology limitations to enable this.…

An error occurred while saving the comment Debbie Bradley commentedThis is a basic requirement! - if left in "awaiting approval" they don't appear in any ledgers. Not ideal!
I change the invoice number after import from Dext (previously used Hubdoc) , adding DISPUTED after the number -
It's in the ledgers - but won't get paid in error - and is also quite visually distinctive against a list of document numbers. When sorted - i just edit the invoice number reference before paying by removing the word deleted.
Not ideal - a bit more work - but Xero do not seem to respond to small businesses, but they don't mind taking their monthly subscription!Not: this idea has been shared by the Xero community Team in August 2013!!

Would like to track receipts (and payments) a "group" make - paid/ received via bank only - ie not invoiced.
This is a customer led deposit at will - and while I can do this for each individual client - running by "Group" of contact ensures no-one is missed in large numbers of monthly receipts.
