  2. The Contact Financial Details Reference field used to be populated with the last reference entered for a customer in the Customer Invoice Batch Clearing reference field. I have many customers paying by ACH or Zelle and have the same reference information each week. For my customers that I have had for a long time the reference field is copied from the Contact Financial Details Reference. But for any new Customers this functionality does not work and the field is blank in Batch Clearing. So I have to enter the reference for each blank line on the batch. Please add the…

  3. When reconciling, it would be helpful to see if an attachment has been added, and to preview that attachment if so, rather than having to open the bill and then click on the attachment, then causing to lose the info on the reconciliation page.

  4. To attach proof/evidence of multi receipts/payments when that batch is a mix of invoice and also pre/overpayment, credit. We can attach to a single type of action, but not mixed. Keeps things tidy and also much quicker to see what exactly was in a batch, than to go back to a physical document holder

  5. I have worked with an accounting system that allows many rows e.g. description, Qty, Price, Account and Tax rate to be copied from Excel (at a go) and pasted to create an invoice, Journal etc. This saves a lot of time.
    Can you please look into activating such function. Thanks

  6. When adding an invoice we can add an amount and make it either Vat inclusive or exclusive using the drop down box.
    Currently this box is on the left side of the invoice layout..why not have it on the right next to the total box as it was in classic view?
    It would be more user friendly!

    Hi Phil, appreciate the feedback. Our teams did lots of research and user testing when making decisions on the placement of options within invoicing.

    Being open we don't have any plans for changing the placement of the Amounts are field. However it'd still be good to track the interest in this from our community here that our team can consider.

  8. It would streamline workflow if there was a feature that allowed us to store a client's credit card on file and when a single invoice is sent out to the client, the business can charge the card on file.

    In previous invoicing systems, I was able to "store" a client's credit card on file and then invoice and charge the credit card on file. This is an important feature for my business as it removes the burden off my clients for paying the invoice and reduces the amount of follow up on my end for collecting payment.

    Hi Claire, you can add an expected payment date from the Awaiting payments list in Sales. Appreciate it's not quite possible from the individual invoice itself atm so have slightly updated the title of your idea here. If there's any plans of adding this here we'll let you know.

  11. Supplier bill payments for South Africa for payments and debit orders that directly pulls from Xero, like being done in the UK with Crezco, which can be done with Paysoft Flow (https://paysoftflow.co.za/) in South Africa for example.

    Hi everyone, while there isn't a report that you can report 'terms' atm, you could run the Aged Receivables Summary report that'll provide all the other detail you're asking here.

    From Columns in the report you'll see the option to include Credit Limit as well as many of the contact details such as Email and Phone. If this is a report you'd want to access frequently, save it as Custom and maybe even favourite the report so you can easily access it.

    When you mention wanting to include 'terms' it'd be good to get more detail of your expectations in this would this be the terms and conditions of the theme applied to invoices for that contact, or perhaps billing information that you may have saved in notes for the contact? Thanks

  13. When creating an invoice and adding a due date, it would be handy to have the option of end of this month, so you don't need to click into pick another date.

    Hi team, while there's not a preset option for end of this month you'll find you can simply type the number e.g '31' into the due date field to populate the date for the current month.

    Toward the end of 2024 we also made some improvements to the calendar picker within new invoicing so you can now easily access the calendar without having to click 'pick another date' which may also help some in the idea here.

  14. The contact card has a drop down box where you can create a NEW invoice/bill etc. Please could RECEIVE MONEY be added to this shortcut?

  16. I generate a custom report for Project Timesheets and I would like to be able to rename the columns as sometimes we use slightly different terminology or we use the tasks in a slightly different way to work around limitations.

    e.g "Resource" instead of "Staff", "Role" instead of "Task".

    For some projects we enter a week's worth of time entries at a time, so they are dated at the end of the week, so I would like to change the column to "Week ending" instead of "Date".

  17. When adding a new contact while in the bank feeds screen, you can add a new contact name but cannot give it the gl acct number or enter the address etc. You have to go back to contacts pull up new contact and then enter all info. Please add a feature to add all the info at the moment you set up the new contact name.

  18. Increase the character limit for invoice and quote terms for the standard invoice template.
    Currently the limit is 1000 characters and that is not enough. Please please look into this! It is so important to be able to have terms in the body of the invoice and very useful to be able to use the terms section for this.

  19. It would be great to be able to open & close the sections in the VAT return.
    I might be looking for a specific line in the Expenses for example, but need to scroll though all the sales. A little toggle to drop down or close off would be great!

  20. I want to assign the customer to repeating invoices like software subscriptions that we pay for our clients. I have those bills in as repeating invoices but I have to assign the customer to them every month. It would be nice to be able to assign the customer on the repeating invoice and save that time each month.
