  2. Hi Community, we need to have the option to add a new line between the invoice instead to go to the bottom part of the invoice to create it, and then moving it where we need it, many times I need to add a line in a large invoice but to make it, I need to go down to the bottom part, add a blank new line and move it where I need. If we can just make right-click and add a new blank line where we need it, it will be easy to create or amend an invoice.

    Thanks for sharing, Jose. While not a complete solve for what you're asking here - atm, once you add a line you can then move this to wherever you'd like it to sit in the invoice. 

    Just drag & drop from the 6 dots in far left column ij the new invoice experience. 🙂

Hi Community, we need to have the option to copy part of the invoice when we are doing it, and then, copy that on the same invoice we are working, many times we need to invoice the same things to the same client but separate it by levels or offices into the same invoice, we can save a lot of time with this function when we are writing a big invoice.

  4. Add the ability to add stops to mileage reimbursement. This way a person can add a round trip or add stops between the round trip to collect all mileage for the 1 trip.

    Thanks for the idea and adding your interest here, everyone. In lieu of a direct feature to accommodate this atm, you may find duplicating the claim to record each part of a trip useful in cutting down the data entry. We'll let you know if there's any change planned here.

    Hi Paul, can you share a bit of detail of why you'd find it useful to filter only particular sections of the report, and perhaps an example of the way you see yourself being able to use this sort of function in the report? 

    We don't have any plans at this stage for multi-tiered filtering but it'd be good to better understand your needs behind it?

  8. Every month I publish, export and share reports with certain individuals. I would like to do this within Xero. I set up users who can have "View published reports" access. When I publish a report I can then select that report and choose which of these users I wish to share it with. The user is notified, can login to Xero and is then presented with a list of published reports that have been shared with them. It keeps all the functionality native to Xero.

  9. Allow multiple contacts for the bank fee adjustments. When we have a number of customers paying via card in one day it automatically pays the full amount of the payments into our account the following day but each customer has a bank fee and it would be helpful to add this for each customer.

  11. On a multi currency company it would be better for the total amount showing due matches the balance of all bills as per the date they were raised.
    It causes confusion for clients when they pay a supplier, they usually just check total owed against the contact, if it's fluctuating to reflect exchange rates this means they may under or over pay the actual original bills.

  13. Hi - could the Timer appear on other Xero pages, not just the Projects page? So when the timer is started, it stays on the screen when we move between Dashboard, Business, Accounting etc. That would be great. Thanks.

  14. Lock Dates - Multiple Lock Dates.

    Currently there are two options: "Stop all users (except advisers) making changes on and before" and "Stop all users making changes on and before".
    It would be great to have an option where two dates can be entered without one overriding the other.

    Here is my issue:

    I have been trying to put lock dates for different purposes.
    i.e. I want to stop ALL users (including advisors) from making changes on or before 31 March 2022, but I also want all users EXCEPT advisors to not make changes on or before 31 March 2023.…

  15. Add a few more fields for employees such as Date of Birth, start date, Position, Next of Kin, and the ability to have more than one bank account per employee. These are nice HR fields which make a simple payroll system just a little bit better.

  16. The Receive Money function should be made available to users who do nothing else except literally receive money - ie sales people. This is especially relevant in small countries where cash is king and non electronic transactions are still in majority. I have one user who only needs to receive cash but I can't give them that function without making them an Adviser.

  18. when i filter through Payable invoice Report, it only allows to select groups containing but not excluding certain contact groups. i have only suppliers under no group, Euros & DD and i wish to exclude these within DD group to be excluded to avoid double paying them.

  19. When posting a bill, you must use the drop down menu to "approve and add another" because the button defaults to just "approve". If there was a way to change this it would save time when entering multiple bills at once.
