  1. Allow us to turn off the pop up that shows when posting a pay run. I don't need reminders to pay the employees and file the pay run especially when I do payroll for 20+clients.

  2. Xero cannot current cope with companies that have more than one pension scheme. The upload I need to send to the pension provider includes payroll number, pensionable earnings for period, start date and date of birth. It would be useful if Xero had the ability to add these and additional fields if required customised in the contribution report.

  4. Could we have a bulk date change please for when we are ready to send a lot of draft invoices or any in awaiting approval (and in the repeating 'payment due date' section)
    we rely on the repeating function but its a pain to go in and change them one at a time when there's loads, especially when they copy over into draft aswell, its a mammoth task

    i.e also an option for '30 days payment due upon receipt of invoice' 😃

  5. An option to see how many 'days' due in preview section for the new version of invoicing

    Could we have an option in xero please to select 'due 30 days' from when we approve/send an invoice ?
    In the classic invoicing when you preview it (before approving and sending it) it would always say how many 'days' it is due as well as the 'due date' this helps as we expect payment within 30 days of the customer receiving the invoice not 30 days from the invoice date.

When viewing historic employees, being able to view the next historic employee would be great, rather than having to come back out of history employees, which only shows the historic employee you have selected, with a drop down list of current employees only, then you have to go back in again to employees/history again to look up the next historic employee

  7. When a credit note is approved, the next page that pops up is the Allocate Credit Balance screen. This screen does not state who the customer/supplier is, and when creating multiple credits, it can be hard to recall who each one is to. It would be great to have the Allocate Credit Balance screen displaying the contact of the credit (the reference would also be great, but I have already voted for that one separately).

    With the new invoicing re-vamp this would be a great opportunity to increase the information on the Allocate Credit Balance screen too.

  9. Hi I need a detailed report like the Payroll transaction list report that also includes the account code the amount was posted too. I want to reconcile the journal posting to the Indvidual's so i can see who is incorrectly setup.

  10. I have one employee that is paid the same amount every week, it would be great if I could set the pay run to post and file itself every week until further notice. I have an automatic bank payment set up so this would make it so easy - and more importantly it doesn't rely on me remembering.

  13. When printing a check, it includes the Country Code. Have an option to disable the country code as it is not required to put country code on a letter in the US and the code gets printed on top of the memo field info.

  14. Currently you can only view the official submission receipts and their associated IRmark via an XML file. It would be nice to see this in a more user friendly manner and without all the associated coding tags and data.

  16. When using an "Add On", the customers settings in Xero do not work when invoice sent to drafts. For example when you click the discount column to pre-fill it won't. The fix is to delete the customers name and re-enter it.

  17. Hi Xero team , I just try "Automate bill entry", it looks good, is it possible to make it automatic divided into our tracking ? For example we have 1 tracking category with 10 list on that tracking, we would like the bills automatic divided to the 10 list. Is it possible ?

  20. As a single director, I need to create internal monthly bills that contains car mileage, home usage and expensed costs. At the moment I need to create a bill per transaction and two entries per car mileage in order to reclaim the VAT (Crazy!).

    Much better to add a simple Bill structure that enables each item to have a date which can then accommodate monthly detailed internal Bills.

    It just needs to an optional field (e.g. date) in each item line within the Bill.

    The workaround for imported old data is to use the Inventory Code but you can change…
