This is considered part of the pay for my workers, and is a very convenient way for them to get tipped in a time when people don't carry as much cash.

This is a feature that:
1) Should already be available
2) Is offered by competitors
3) Would be very easy to implement
Like automatic receipts for paid invoices.

As a service business tips are everything to the team. With out the ability to include a tip I have to look for alternate ways since xero doesnt implement the tip option. too bad

This is a feature we used in Square that works very well for us.
I found that Stripe offers this for other integrations like with 17Hats and Stripe Connect
(example: https://help.17hats.com/en/articles/3591193-tipping)
This should be possible for Xero.
