One day I added a foreign currency because I needed the rate for a single transaction, but now all of the detail reports show three foreign exchange columns checked all the time, when I don't need them and don't want them. There is no way to turn off foreign exchange organization wide, nor to get rid of the columns.   4. I am trying to add a list of inventory items to a project quickly, to estimate cost, is there an easy way to upload an excel sheet with all the inventory items & quantities?

    I need to add multiple items like over 60 each with their own quantity... Can I upload a list? Instead of individual listing?

One of the most irritating features when using the Aged Receivables Detail report for Credit Control purposes (downloading to Excel and pasting into an email) is that when selecting the Date Range under Aging periods and the Invoice Date under Aging By, it continuously defaults back to the first option.

    Kindly allow the setting of a default to prevent the system from continuously defaulting back to the system setting.

  6. Previously, in old "Customer Invoice Report" there was a feature under "Dates" where we could select "ANY" which allowed Invoices created outside of your selected date range to be included in your report.
    This seems to be no longer available in the new "Receivable Invoice Report" and any invoices created outside of your selected date range (but paid within that date range) won't show up on the report.
    You can expand your date range but this has potential to re-list paid invoices from previous reports.
    Can "ANY' be added as an option to Dates as it was in previous version?

  8. The sales tax lookup tool is really nice to have on invoices. That function should be added to quotes. When I'm trying to quote a customer, that isn't an option (sales tax lookup). I have to select a pre-saved tax rate. Seems like it would be easy to add that.

  9. Adding a Categories/Tracking column to the transactions Dashboard. this would highlight the fact that a category label is missing. so when running the budget variances the report would include ALL the transactions for a specific category.

  11. When in the contact section and viewing the activity tab, it would be useful to be able to view PDF invoice from that screen rather than click on an invoice and click the attachment tab (similar to the function in bills to pay).

  14. There is no functionality in Xero to 'automatically' send invoices from Xero to Xero via the network key. Is this something that you could look into?

  15. Would like to be able to add a fixed amount deduction as pension contributions. Currently the option is to manually add a pension contribution, but this cannot be submitted direct to NEST, so has to be manually typed into NEST.

  16. As an employee, I receive an email every time a leave request was approved.
    My boss receives an email every time a leave request is submitted and every time a timesheet is submitted.
    It would be great to disable these email notifications

  18. The ability to export the auto enrolment pension report and also to "hide" deep archived employees. I check this report mid month and send a list to HR as a sanity check for those employees not yet enrolled/non eligible but now have to scroll through "all" employees past and present to get the current information. Not very user friendly. Even an export option with some way of then filtering whether the employee is current would be useful.

  19. Would be great to get the Payment Summary Details report to include a filter for Superannuation
    There doesn't seem to be a report that easily shows all payroll information by Employee Group.

  20. Invoice only user role that allows you to pick and choose either or both Sales and Purchase orders. quotes and invoices. At the moment you can only have Sales or Purchase IO otherwise you have to make standard user which is not helpful.
