Reporting - Ability to Bulk Archive Published Reports
It would be useful if we were able to select published reports in bulk to archive them, rather than having to do them one at a time.

Contact | List view - View mobile when no phone number
It would be great if in Blue Xero in the Contacts list the "Mobile number" can be displayed when there is no actual phone number, currently you need to open the contact to see the Mobile Number. a bit frustrating.
5 votesWe've just released a recent improvement to searching contacts where you can now search a contact by any phone, direct dial, mobile or fax number saved in their contact record.
While you won't be able to see a contacts mobile number from the screen, you'll be able to search for a contact by a mobile number that's been saved for them.
We don't have further change planned to add more detail to this screen atm but we'll continue to track the support of the idea here.

Allocate Spent Money to supplier invoices issued at a later date
Allocate spent money to supplier invoice raised at a later date -We pay our electricity monthly by direct debit - we may have 6-9 payments that have been reconcilled as spent money as the next supplier invoice has not been received. It appears you have to remove & redo the reconcilliation rather than having a facility to allocate that spent money to the invoice. This is incredibly time consuming and should be a facility available.

Is there a reason reconciling the payment as a prepayment couldn't work for you here? This way when the bill is received and entered in your org you can allocate all the credit from those prepayments to the single bill without remove & redo.

Global Pay Run - Grouping Pay Run Items into Years
Pay Run Items should be into years.
Eg. All payruns shows up when pay run is openned. Mixing all the years together.
A screenshot is attached for your reference.If we can have it grouped by years, it will be great and easy to identify especially as the years go by.

Timesheets: Allow non-employees to submit timesheets for reimbursement
I think it would be great to have a submit for approval option in timesheets on the web version just like you can with invoices and bills. I am a third party bookkeeper and therefore Xero Me isn't really an option because, I am not an employee so I can't really use Xero me and if a timesheet is submitted by an employee, it has to be sent to me for approval for editing to ensure it comes through to payroll correctly for processing as an approved timesheet cannot be edited in payroll. link between PO and invoice
Please create a link between Quote >PO > Bill and Sales Invoice
I would really like to have some traceability in few years time where I would be able to see from vendors' bill or sales invoice (by clicking on it) what was ordered, and received from the vendor or quoted and charged to a customer. This would be great for instances when items that had at the time of invoice, for example, 10 years warranty but now the vendor is offering only 6 years.

UK Payroll Reports - Option to export to Excel
P11 PAYE & P11 NIC annual reports, need to have an option to export as Excel, instead of auto downloading as a webpage.
My auditor requested these in Excel format and there was not an option for this, it would make it much easier if these type of reports could have download options, so you could export to excel.
This will also allow usage for tracking and internal auditing.

As you’ve found, it’s not possible to export the P11 reports in excel format. Totally understand that copying and pasting details from the .html file is a time-consuming process!
Just curious if there’s specific information required in the P11 reports that’s unavailable in our other reports?
You can find much of the same information in the ‘Gross to Net’ and ‘Payroll Activity Detail / Summary’ reports, and they do support saving as an excel file.

Receivable Invoice Summary - Add 'Due' based on date range of report
Add a "DUE" Column to The new "Customer Invoice Summary" report if it is to replace the "Customer Invoice Report". At the moment the proposed change will remove functionality. We rely on the current Customer Invoice Report to update our cashflow. The proposed "BALANCE" column is not the same as the "DUE" data. "BALANCE" only gives Invoices not paid at end of filtered period rather than what is left to be paid period.
Alternatively..... DO NOT RETIRE THE CUSTOMER INVOICE REPORT!!!!3 votes -

Dashboard | Account Watchlist - Ability to add balance Sheet Group Totals
In addition to individual accounts, it would be great to select a group total from the Balance Sheet (or P & L) to put in the Account Watchlist, eg if you have a number of loans and you want to see what Total Loans are on the dashboard.

AU Payroll: Include terminated employees in pay runs for backpay
When processing backpay for employees where they have a Termination Date currently involves either an Unscheduled Pay run for a period the employee was employed or undo the Termination date, and run a payrun, then Terminate again.
Both of these are very time consuming, particularly when there are some 40 employees over an 18 month period that need to be included who have a Termination date.
It would be useful to have a function in a payrun to "include terminated employees" which keeps all the previous data, but includes them for the backpay without having to manual update each, just…3 votes -

To be able to customise the Aged Payable report by adding GL Codes to the columns, and then being able to group by this as well.

Projects | Task - Dropdown list
A drop-down list when adding a Task under a project for an Estimated expense or an Expense. We only see a list when we type something. What if we want to see the items in alphabettical order starting with the 1st item?

Invoices: Generate journal entry for fully discounted invoices
Currently you can add a discount of any amount including 100% on an invoice. However if you have a 100% discount the nominal ledger account doesn't save - so you can't report on it. We would like to know all subsidies across all courses but can't currently do this as if we have a fully funded course the NL code won't save so is left blank.

Bank reconciliation - Pre enter Expenses non behalf of a user
We use debit cards for our business. This means I see the transaction posted into our bank account before the individual submits their expenses. With a lot of transactions there are expenses missed and it’s painful to match up lots of transactions.
In the account reconciliation function I would like the ability to have a draft expense created and assigned to an individual for them to complete the expense process, which is then reconciled once approves1 voteHi Jason, from the sounds these aren't reimbursable expenses - how would they generally be entered in your org? Bulk delete/mark inactive pay items. We use deputy Awards integration and every time an award is updated we have to delete/inactivate so many pay items.

Add a "not" argument to bank rules to allow for a greater control
e.g. bank text does not contain "example" or, amount isn't "x.xx"

Contact Record - Add Description column to Activity page
Ability to add "description" column on the individual contacts page. We often need to look through a supplier/customer to quickly see what types of purchases/sales we make, so having descriptions on this page is needed. Currently we have to run a report which is an unnecessary long way around.

Bank Reconciliation - Ability to make bank rec turn green even when there's something in discuss tab
Find and match on bank rec to still go green when there is an entry on the discuss tab.
Currently the right hand side of the bank rec will only turn green if there is a possible match and nothing in the discuss tab. If there is something in the discuss tab it will not turn green even if there is a match.
It would be great if the border of the box still turned green whilst displaying the comment to indicate that there is a possible match to allow the user to review and ok the transaction.
