  1. Add a custom column similar to a custom row into reports.

    This would be used to include quantities for livestock reports, for automating % of trust distributions payable to beneficiaries prior end of June.

    This currently can't be done in reports.

  4. Would be great if we could update fields in one go for multiple entities across a group (similar to how the address field allows you to). For example, the Partner, Manager, Class, etc is generally the same across the group (how we use it), so it would be good if we could update these sections for everyone in the group in one go (even if we need to access one of the entity profiles, and from there it asks if we want to update the other entities as well).

  5. To have the feature where there’s an alert in Xero HQ when a return lodge is rejected by ATO.

  6. We use multiple tax agent numbers across our business yet when we lodge STP reports via the client's organisation, we can only use one tax agent number for all clients as Xero only allows for one tax agent number to be set in Xero HQ.

    This is causing many issues, including staff and clients inadvertently updating tax agent details in the STP lodgment area on their own file, which is then updating the tax agent in HQ for all STP lodgements.

  7. Archiving a client with a Xero Ledger/Plan seems almost too easy as there is no warning to prompt you to cancel the subscription/or remove yourself as a user - So you could end up paying for a Xero Ledger/plan indefinitely and not know.

    As an example, we discovered 20+ entities that had been archived in XPM/XeroHQ but not cancelled in Xero.

    There is currently no way to easily find out if any active ledgers/plans are on the Archived list (which thanks to the Xero Single Client Record Process we now have 3,000+ archived clients) as you

  8. The 'export invoice to Xero' manual option should be available to staff that have approve invoice permissions. When we have a 'Xero export failed' message and staff correct the error, they need to be able to push this across manually to Xero blue without requesting it from an administrator.

  10. Currently Xero tax can print tax returns by withholding the TFN Numbers which is really good. However, if that same functionality can be added for the bank account details and date of birth it would be great

  11. Delete Multiple Jobs. When you want to cancel/delete a job, you have to do this one by one. This is okay but if you have like 30 BAS jobs from x client, it is a pain to delete one by one.

  12. Would be good if there was an option to reorder the pages in a tax return, primarily to be able to bring the tax estimate to the front page of the tax return as that tends to be the key information the client wants to see and it is buried at page 3 or 4 of the tax return when printed.

  13. When entering line items in Hubdocs it would be so useful if we could enter the same number of decimal places that are available in Xero. When we split invoices into line items it is very clunky having to make rounding adjustments because we only have 2 decimal places in Hubdocs, yet 4 in Xero.

  14. Users can scan their invoices via mobile app when they don’t have an internet connection.

    Purpose: To make sure that the invoices/documents didn’t get lost in the Hubdoc app when the internet connection is intermittent.

  15. On the old Xero HQ staff page, you could click on the staff member, add clients, and then filter to client groups.

    With the new Xero HQ Staff page layout, this ability has been lost and it's vital for adding clients in bulk to particular office groups, particularly for our new starters.

  16. Upon accepting a subscription transfer request, it would be great to have an option to "link to existing client record" or "create a new client record". There's currently no option for this and this creates double-up entries in Xero HQ which need to be manually removed, re-linked and archived.

  18. When there is a Managed Fund distribution on the prefill, the distribution is automatically entered into the Managed fund distribution worksheet. If there is no figure, it pulls through a $0.00 which leads to a $0.00 at the primary producer label L. This then automatically triggers the income averaging to which you manually have to OPT out of. Please fix this issue.

  19. 2 decimal places in Hubdoc is not enough. It must match Xero's 4 decimal places.

    I have had to stop recommending Hubdoc to businesses that use item/inventory functions in Xero. Many businesses buy and sell products to the 4th decimal place. When you are dealing with large numbers 2 decimal places are significant. Users have become frustrated with having to do rounding line items and other fixes just to ensure the correct total price/quantity is captured in Xero.

  20. Outside organisations are requesting copies of Tax returns and we don't want to show Client's bank account details and date of birth on the Lodged Tax Returns when sending via Xero electronically.

    Clients of ours firm are concerned with identity theft. If this could be implemented it would be a great feature.

    This affects Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager.
