We need the same as Stephen Brown as at the moment we don't know if or when they were sent or who they were sent to.

We need to know that requests have been sent out, so that they are not carelessly duplicated. We also need to know what address it was sent to (if client queries not receiving it) and when (so we know when we need to chase without having to monitor independently of Xero).
