new invoice
Am I the only one who dislikes the new Invoice in Xero? I think it is clunky and not visually as easy as the previous. I find it hard to describe but it seems the proportions of the boxes are not right. At least not on my Macbook.
Appreciate your feedback, Luciana - When you say the portions of the boxes are not right are there any specific boxes that you're referring to. Can you share a little more on what you're seeing and how we could improve things for you?

I used the new version, but I often have the problem with taxes. Client makes differents invoices for each week, but I made one invoice per month and it gives 0.01-0.03$ difference. In the classic mode I can do ''includes Adjustment to Tax'' and it is very useful. La version classic The classic version is easier to use. I think to change to new version, new version must be easier and more convenient.

From all the various feedback, it does seem clear that no one is happy with the new invoicing format or the increased steps to achieve what was a very easy process in classic invoicing. Why did you not add the new features to classic invoicing instead of developing a system that does not work as well ? and as many people have pointed out is overly large and clunky and time consuming and irritating to use.I am not sure why Xero feels the need to change not only this but often reports and layouts that work extremely well, adding more steps in processes unecessarily., which in the end the users are payig increased fees for.

I agree with this comment. The new invoice looks "unkempt" and not as neat as the classic invoice did (almost like it's gone back in time and become more basic-looking). Choosing the date for your invoice isn't as quick as it was before, unless you're raising an invoice for "today or tomorrow" and then the same goes for the Due Date. You also used to be able to drag and drop a pdf straight in to the body of the invoice but now you have to click on the "Files" section to open up a drag and drop box before you can do this, another step that we didn't have to do before. And why is the main "save" button "Approve & Email"? Surely it should just be "Approve"?

Yes, I also dislike this new invoice, mane old feature is missing in the new invoice, please refer below:
1. New invoice version still has not accommodate manual exchange rate conversion edit.
2. New invoice version did not have any comma separator for the figure like old invoice
3.New invoice version, when I copy the invoice, it did not automatically apply the sales default due date, even though I have set it the contact.
Please address this issue before retiring the old invoice completely as based on my opinion, this feature is very important
