  1. The ability to access the setting for each menu item is great.
    The ability to create a sales invoice for billable expenses from the billable expense is outstanding.
    The button to View transactions on each bank account on the home page is excellent but I would like this button for accounts that have items to reconcile as well. Fewer clicksHelp banner on each page. I would like to be able to disable this permanently for established clients.Sales tab.
    Love the "Billable Expenses", Needs to be aboveQuotes. Need to be able to not bill them where I have a project invoice. Just assign the customer.

    I've updated the title of this idea to reflect the request to add the Account transactions' button to the bank account widget and you'll find the other idea's I've created on your behalf listed below. 🙂

  2. ​Love the look and ability to customise widgets for clients. It would be great if we, as Advisors, can specify then the client can change.

    Displaying the client logo in the top left is great but way too small to be effective

    Great to hear you're diving into the new experience, Michele. Thanks for taking your time to share changes that you could feel could add benefit.

    We'll get a feel for the interest from other beta users from your idea here and I'll make sure to share if our product teams make any plans around this.

  3. Currently this only shows over a 12 month period when in all cases I'd like to see how well each customer or supplier has performed against the same month last year.

    At worst could this not simply be a 15 month graph (as if it were 13 then the previous month/previous year would drop of when everything was in by the beginning of the following month?

    • at best could you select filters to compare even the past 3 years by month etc...

    We appreciate the feedback on having more controls over the period of the cash in and out widget.

    With the rollout of the new Homepage underway our product teams have a close ear to the ground of feedback and I'll be sure to update if there is any changes planned for the periods of this widget here.

  4. The ability to add a monthly Profit and Loss Graph to the dashboard. This feature was available in my old accounting software (Wave Accounting).

    Hi team, thanks for the feedback we've received on this idea. We'd like to highlight that on the new homepage, you'll find Net Profit & Loss is a widget, on the widget you'll find there are a few different date selections.

    I appreciate this doesn't quite achieve the monthly comparative as shown in the screenshot and we'll continue to keep this idea open for votes and share if there are improvements planned.

  5. I would like to set and track deadline dates on the dashboard for each client relating to statutory and other submissions (i.e. provisional tax / monthly management reports / tax return submissions / etc.).

    Hi everyone, appreciate the tractions on this idea.

    It's clear that having key tax and compliance dates visible on the dashboard would make it much easier to plan ahead and ensure due dates are met. When those deadlines live outside of Xero, it can mean extra admin and more mental load than necessary.

    I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can capture interest and share with the product team how valuable this added visibility would be.
