I love this idea, and it should already be available, unfortunately I think we can all agree that Xero just aren't going to do it anytime soon. They are too focused on redesigning reports and other "Improvements" which only align to their desires, not their customers needs, wants and desires.
It's the one continuous theme I have noticed is that the Xero team only focus on their own internal desires for the software, and pay little attention to the needs of their customers.

This would save our clients huge amounts of time chasing their debts and would be a great selling feature of Xero

Great idea and surely easy to execute given there are options to automatically send invoices and also reminders for late payment. Thanks!!

There are regular cx which require statements to pay their invoices. A way to automate this not only for our own files, but also for client files is a must!

surprised this isn't available yet? surely an easy fix - the coding is there for automated invoices - surely it's not a big one to automate statements

If we can schedule reminders for overdue invoices, why are we unable to schedule monthly statements? Please can this be looked at as a matter of urgency.

Sending statements manually to idiot customers is a total pain in the backside. Automating this is easy. Why the heck isn't it here already?

I can't understand why this isn't already incorporated in Xero. The more I use Xero, the more I am disappointed with it's lack of basic tools.

This would be a great feature especially during close down periods over holiday breaks.

I actually find it quite appalling that this functionality is not already an option available and I would expect to find it as part of the foundations of any accounting software. Having to pay extra for this through Statey is ridiculous.

I have a client with over 900 customers who we have to send manual statements to each month. Automaric statements should be standard

There is a great little APP to do this: "Statey".
But having to pay USD 10 per month extra to get the functionality is a sad state of affairs.Dear Xero
Please buy and incorporate "Statey", then you can address this immediately..... -

Monthly Auto statement sent out should be a standard feature. Manually and sent to one by one consume a lots of times and can't work for customer who have different outlet since also not allow duplicate contact name.

Please prioritize. Having to manually do this monthly is a problem for the majority of our clients.

Hey Juan
Totally agree. There is a plugin called "Statey" on the Xero App store. It allows you to setup a recurring schedule, and apply 'smart' filters like only sending to people that are overdue, or outstanding.
Check it out.
