Yes please, we need to store employee documents in the employee's card.

While we appreciate the innovations Xero brings, it's disappointing to see that a basic feature, which is already available for Suppliers and Customers, is being treated as an add-on with an extra cost. Duplicating this function shouldn’t be that difficult, and it feels like this is more about generating additional revenue rather than improving customer experience. We, your customers, shouldn’t have to pay extra for something so fundamental. Please reconsider this approach and prioritise delivering better value to your loyal users.

No thank you. This is a basic need that should be part of any payroll software. it's not as though it requires any complex coding or development. Pathetic, Xero!

This should be part of the functionality without doubt - poor form on your part Xero to even consider an add on at the client's expense!

What a disgrace! I believe the UK has the functionality built in, why not Australia? Xero are out of touch with customer service. Loyalty is fast declining. Add-on is not a solution and is insulting to users who can and will move to alterative software.

We are another who will not be using this add-on. I used to highly recommend Xero for accounting software but since the changes made to invoicing which created more work for our admin staff and did NOT streamline anything....
Now this optional extra cost "add-on" we won't be recommending your software at all. Very disappointing

Absolutely ridiculous Xero! Why should we pay for an add-on when this should be part of the payroll function. Xero seems to be on a very slippery slope with more and more customers becoming disenchanted with the product. First the change to invoices (which is backward step from the old invoicing) and now this. Not happy, must be time to find a better functioning service.

So what you are saying is that you have NOT listened at all to your customers, who do NOT want an add in, but to have this native in Xero. If I am going to pay for something additional, I would not bother paying for this. I would rather go for a more functional payroll system as I have already had to do with invoicing due to Xero's total lack of ability to implement basic functionality.

You absolute cockwombles. This should be part of your software, not a feckin add in that costs extra.

So our clients have to pay for this new feature? Xero this isn't the answer! We just need a file upload for basic paperwork.

Could there be a 'Files Upload Icon' uploaded in employee's - so employers can store Certificates, License Details, and documents relevant to their employment like contracts IFA Agreements etc? Perhaps in the Notes section?

My query was not about being certified with Xero, but that I have been certified for **Safety Training** and have it listed against my Xero Payroll Profile, this would keep all staff certifications in one place.

(Providing the link for Xero Certification is off the mark from what my query was, however it would be quite a good idea to do Xero Certification and keep it in the same payroll profile once done, then I can have TWO by certifications in the one place....)

I too think this would be a great option.

This would be very useful. When paying commission, it would be great to be able to attach a report showing how the commission amount was calculated. It would also be great to be able to attach receipts for reimbursements.
