Contacts - Search newly registered addresses
When adding a contact, the "search address" works fine most of the time, but can take some time before new addresses are added to the search data base and require manual entry (usually cut and paste from Google Maps.) Could this feature not be linked with an API to the likes of Googles address infrastructure to utilise their rapidly adapting data base?

Hubdoc - Filters for published to Google Drive or DropBox
To be able to view a list of documents that have "not" been published to Google Drive or DropBox. With the ability to filter and bulk publish would be a really useful feature to have

Contacts - Show Contact Details on Customer Activity Page
I would like to be able to see the "Contact Details" as a little box on the left side of the Customer Activity Page. See my example attached.
I use the 'contact details: notes' section to add notes about some of our jobs, because the History/Notes section is useless. I would like to see the ability to move the customer tabs around and display what we want to see on the activity page.

I can certainly see how having those specific notes visible right alongside the transaction feed would improve efficiency and make sure key information isn't missed.
While this isn't in our immediate plans to make changes in this area, this idea is open for support from other community members, and we'll keep a close eye on the interest here.

Contacts - Include an overseas supplier ARN (ATO Reference Number) in contact record
A number of overseas entities, may be registered to charge GST to AU customers, particularly if they are selling digital services into AU. Many of these entities are registered with an ARN (ATO Reference Number), rather than an ABN.
If registered with an ARN, they can charge GST, however the recipient of the service cannot claim the GST credits.

Advisor Directory - Instagram link
I would love to link the practice to Instagram for clients to find us. I have more followers there than FB. I also get more inquiries from IG.

While it's not currently possible to add your Instagram link to your advisor listing on xero.com, you could add your Xero advisor listing URL from xero.com to add to your Instagram page.
We don't have direct plans for adding more social link options to Xero advisor listings atm, but we'd like to get a sense of the community support for this that our product team can consider.

Contact - Ability to copy & paste bank account number (accept spaces not just hyphens)
When you try to add a new bank account to a contact, Xero only accepts numbers and hyphens in the field. Spaces are not accepted.
All invoices issued by Xero have the issuer's bank account on the invoice formatted with separating spaces between the number blocks.
So when entering a new contact, I can't just copy-paste the bank account number from the invoice that was created by Xero because the format of such number doesn't comply with the formatting in Xero contact section. Every time it has to be manually edited by all the thousands of Xero users.

Hubdoc - Extract invoice reference or job reference
Can Hubdoc extract the invoice reference or job reference from an invoice and add that as a job tag. Would be very useful when the invoice is on-chargeable to a project, especially when there are multiple projects/jobs on the go. E.g. building industry type jobs.

Hubdoc - Allow Upload Only users to view tags from a common list
Hubdoc User roles - it would be incredibly helpful if upload only users were able to view (not edit or add) tags from a common list. We have 17 staff who have company visa's I'm wanting to use Hubdoc for them to be able to upload their visa receipts & invoices instead of having them manually sent to me the following month for coding and entering.

Hubdoc - Status tab in to integrate with Xero
Can we have a setting to enable the status section of the Xero destination tab to enable the user to select the status for all documents to be either - draft, awaiting approval or awaiting payment. this save time in having to select this each time a document is uploaded.

Hubdoc - Feature to group/organise tags
Hubdoc tag organization
It would be extremely useful to be able to group or nest tags within Hubdoc. When there are 20+ tags in use, managing the list of tags becomes unwieldy. The ability to organize the tags within groups would allow more streamlined document management. This is especially important for clients that have been using Hubdoc for several years and have organized thousands of documents using Hubdoc tags, but for whom the majority of documents are being stored for archival reasons. Hubdoc - More decimal places in Unit price
Currently Hubdoc rounds unit prices to two decimal points, despite Xero itself allowing multiple. Invoices where we record units/unit price are unable to be correctly recorded in Hubdoc due to this errant rounding.

Hubdoc - Force document into review
Force Hubdoc to move documents into review. Often there is a document that has failed, and despite the price, supplier, date, etc, all being clearly visible in the document, it still fails. After filling in all the details I would like a way to 'force' it into review so I can leave it ready in the list to look at. Either this or give a valid reason why it has failed. Often almost identical documents fail or go into review for no reason

New Invoices - New Contact search address by postcode
As the new invoicing is no longer optional. I believe this issue must be addressed for all customers in the United Kingdom.
When adding a new contact upon invoice creation, allow us to search for the address via postcode like we used to. This could be achieved by postcode search ABOVE Billing Address, then auto-populate the billing address based on the input post code.
Note there were many issues with the search results which must also be addressed (See: https://productideas.xero.com/forums/939198-for-small-businesses/suggestions/46289185-contacts-improve-uk-postcode-lookup)

Contacts - Cash in/out Graph ability to set longer period
Currently this only shows over a 12 month period when in all cases I'd like to see how well each customer or supplier has performed against the same month last year.
At worst could this not simply be a 15 month graph (as if it were 13 then the previous month/previous year would drop of when everything was in by the beginning of the following month?
- at best could you select filters to compare even the past 3 years by month etc...

Hubdoc - assign a currency to a suppliers
Some supplier invoices don't have a currency on them eg USD and Hubdoc enters the base currency of the organisation eg NZD - if you could assign a currency to a supplier, it would avoid having to manually change the currency on each invoice

Hubdoc - Link bills uploaded from Hubdoc to Purchase Orders in Xero
We publish a large quantity of bills from Hubdoc to Xero. To implement a purchase order system we will need to be able to link these bills from Hubdoc to Purchase orders created in Xero. Otherwise Hubdoc is not really of use to us and will make the work load more.
