    Frustrating to not have this feature available. I do not look forward to telling the CRO he cannot automatically receive his Xero data reports. Lets get this on the roadmap soon Xero!!

    I'm really surprised when I found out this was not an option on Xero. It seems really antiquated to have to manually run and email reports that are needed on a regular basis when most CRM systems do this automatically.

    It's honestly kind of embarrassing that Xero doesn't have this feature. Quickbooks has had it for YEARS.

    It would also be useful for exporting data via email that can be sucked into Power Bi, Data Warehouses and the like all automatically

    Same with WorkFlowMax

    i.e.

    Xero emails report as attachement daily at 7am
    Power Automate picks up the email attachement and saves to Sharepoint. Power BI Service schedule picks this data up at 8am and refreshes reports etc. which can be streamed into Microsoft Teams

    This should a basic feature in the software i.e., to email reports to clients etc. and request that this feature be implemented immediately.

    This would be a great function to allow regular reporting and ensuring the reports are run on time and go to the correct people each month.
    Saves another thing being on your to do list each month.

    I agree automatic generation and emailing of reports would be of great benefit and save time and act as a trigger

    Would be useful to have an option to schedule reports to be automatically generated and sent on recurring dates. Have taken this for granted on other systems, seems like a glaring omission.

    Every month I have to generate a bunch of reports and email them to people. This would be a great alternative

    Currently I have to manually exports from Xero everyday, I thought all products like yours have an automated export tool via email or scheduled task?

    When viewing a report is it possible to have option to email, for example, a payroll summary report straight to client from software in PDF format.
