I can't believe this is not a standard feature. I should be able to get a weekly report of past due invoices etc.

While prices keep going Up, very few new features are added! Specially something like this where there is plenty of demand!

Should be implemented

Do not understand why this automatic emailing of reports is not a standard feature.
This would make working with Xero so much easier.

Xero, this is a necessary feature, please reconsider! Only select members of our organisation have accounts in Xero, rendering the info inaccessible to the rest of our team - the automatic reporting would be transformative.

So basically, 557 votes and lots and lots of comments , including 50 since the last Admin response and you are still none the wiser, not sure about the demand?

Come on Xero! Prove that your customers or more important than losing out to competitors.

How is this not standard? Sending weekly, or monthly business report is essential to basic accounting software.

So keen for this.

This is a much needed and, candidly, pretty basic feature for any accounting system. We assumed, bad on us, and are now trying to grapple with the amount of tasks and reminders required to manually generate and publish the reports across clients. PLEASE consider this to be an important and urgent "enhancement". Thanks!

Sorry to let all Xero users know, but we aren't going to get this sort of flexible data interchange outside the xero platform.

Why? Because in this new age of enshottification, you will either need to sign up with more users to be able to access the reports in Xero, or you will need to pay a monthly charge for a third party app to be able to email reports.

Software companies don't do upgrades now unless you pay them (forever) for thos upgrades.

I have been watching this request for close on 2 years. Zero progess speaks volumes about so called beautiful accounting services.

Having the ability to auto generate and email reports daily to key staff would be extremely valuable for maintaining up to date bank recs for just one thing. Our business team need to be immediately aware of payments received from customers so that they can despatch orders in a timely manner.

Would love the ability to auto send a report monthly of leave balances to our CEO

It would be VERY helpful to be able to schedule a report to run and "publish" automatically on a set date/time or interval (e.g. daily at 5PM, or every Tuesday at 8AM). In trying to migrate customers from QBO this has been a major product gap in Xero.

Being able to email the daily Debit / Credit report to staff for bank reconciliation would save a lot of time and help reduce business costs.

That would be super helpful if Xero can automate sending reports such as Profit and Loss. Being able to schedule weekly emails to stakeholders that a part of decision-making process.

Schedule reports to be run and sent to another user (via email) on a specific date.

I still can't find a paid app integration that allows me to do this using Xero accounts and tracking categories. Please consider it as an essential business requirement. Thanks
