This is such an important feature, we have 100+ clients that want a breakdown line by line on their remittances and not just an invoice number, we are manually having to email every single one in a pdf format currently and it is just causing so much extra work, so many other accounting companies have this feature I'm shocked we cannot do this with Xero!

I would like to be able to brand and add custom text to the remittance advice. I was stunned that this was not an option.

I feel like this is very important to add on Xero immediately. Currently over 500 individuals are requesting the breakdown of their Remittance Advice. Going within the contact and sending PDFs is an extreme amount of wasted time.

This would free up a large amount of time, waiting for Xero to complete this task.

This feature is essential for any operating business. It aligns all the customization documents format. Having a document that has all the relevant payment details on the remittance advice aids to the professionalism of a business. This component should be taken priority and to be implemented soon by Xero.

This would be so good to have. We can customise just about everything else, why not remittance advices? We have customers wanting more info on their remittance advice, but just can't give it to them.

This is a super easy feature which Xero developer team should look into and do it soon. It's always good to have your logo, unique design on all of your templates.

Important that I can send remittance advice with line items broken down for people. Branding too.

We need a Remittance Advice which shows what we have entered into the Description, not the Reference. Having an editable Remittance Advice is essential.

All documentations that are sent out to customers and suppliers reflect the image of the company. Especially when a company is a growing business and has mid to large tier stakeholders. It's unprofessional to provide documents that are inconsistent and its reflects on the leaders of the company/overall organisation.

What does it take for XERO to implement these simple changes? Together with this issue. There are a few things to do with customising that XERO does not seem to care about.

It seems completely daft that XERO is not jumping on these issues to make the whole platform stand out against the rest.

Surely you have someone on your team that is capable of such things ? If not you should.

They would be worth their weight in Gold. Make it easier for us, surely that will make it easier for your in the long term.

When sending remittances we need to be able to set brand theme to standard as a default. Not have to change it every time from unbranded to standard.

I can't create a new remittance default that includes our logo.

I agree, I cannot change or edit the look of remittance advice. I can only add company logo and payment terms.

Fully agreed here, I need to be able to tweak this document. As we have 3 departments in the company, and we need to be able to docx this

I would like to be able to custom the remittance so i can add/delete additional activity as and when needed.

Very concerned around sending remittances once classic invoicing is turned off - such a backward step !!

We have just moved a client from Sage to Xero and the remittance issue is a major cause for concern for our client. We are surprised to find that there isn't a similar option to Sage to edit and amend remittances. Our client sends thousands of remittances out and we would hope this is something Xero could at least advise us is due to be updated?

I'd also like to be able to add custom text to a Remittance Advice. I know this is possible to add terms of invoices, purchase orders, etc - why not Remittance Advice?

I think with the diverse suppliers it is handy to have this in place.

This needs to be implemented asap.

Absolutely agree this should be a priority to be able to brand the remittance in line with other communications - it looks unprofessional. Xero please sort!
