There are lots to be improved by Xero - I have only recently started using this accounting platform and I have to say there is still quite a bit of work to be done despite all the hype. Come on Xero, please work on the issues we are voting for or get a panel of bookkeepers/accountants to work alongside you to help make your platform one of the best.

This has been an idea topic for 7 YEARS with no repsonse from Xero - c'mon guys, this can't be that difficult to create a template .docx we can mold for Remittance Advice.
We use it for RCTI - we can create a PO with an RCTI template but cant import bulk PO's - once they turn to Bills and are paid, we can only get the standard Remittance template - if we could edit that template it could be utilised as an RCTI. Thousands of businesses would benefit. Xero seems very limited on RCTI

This functionality would greatly assist our business and would look far more professional if we could delete some of the unnecessary fields, move around the layout and add fields such as Bank Details for payments.

It would be extremely useful to be able to customise remittance advices....I'm no computer whizz but surely it can't be that difficult to arrange in the same way as invoices.

This a feature that is essential for our client. The fiddly work around converting PDF Bills from Xero and converting to PNG and merging PNG files together outside of Xero and adding in business logo and converting back to PDF (so it includes all useful information to our Rosters) is so time consuming. A remittance with all useful information to our Rosters is critical for their personal tax returns.

This needs to be a feature, of course people want to customise this as much as an invoice. The confines of xero's customisation needs to be upgraded

Need to customise so as to be able to include other info eg date of transfer of amount, destination bank account details, banking reference (so they can respond if wrong or fraudulent), etc etc
It looks out of place compared to all of the other branded items. It also includes fields that I do not want to include and excludes others that I would like to include.
Please, the imported logo should be functional across all templates!
Please look at Zoho's features for creating templates, it's so much easier than Xero and helps create brand continuity.

I agree, remittance advice should be customizable according to business type and preference.
