Hi everyone, we appreciate all the feedback and votes on this idea. We know using Microsoft Entra ID SSO is now common practice for some businesses and being able to access Xero via a native integration with Entra ID would streamline how your teams log in and get set up in Xero, as well as help in managing access for larger teams and keeping things secure.
Our product team have been working with a small limited group of Partners to develop SSO capabilities. Though we can't give any definite timelines yet, we’ll keep this thread updated with news. Thanks

Hi everyone, we’ve created this idea based on feedback we’ve heard from the community.
We know how important it is to be able to instantly search for a client when creating a job in Xero Practice Manager. Manually scrolling through a long drop-down list can be time-consuming, especially for practices with a large client base.
Adding a search function here would make the process faster and more efficient, helping you get straight to work.
This idea is now in the Gaining Support stage. Your votes and comments help us understand how valuable this feature is to the wider Xero community and support future development decisions.

Two years later and this has almost no interest? I recently had to recode 100+ line items that a client had shoved into "general expenses" and it would have taken a fraction of the time if I could have added the target accounts to all of transactions as I went instead of having to do a new F&R for the items going to each target account. Having to re-do the find loop and scroll through every transaction over and over is a chore.
I hate to even think the M word, but this is 1 place MYOB has overtaken Xero.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing on your needs for a comprehensive client audit trail in XPM. We understand this feature is critical for accountability and data integrity, and we hear you on the pain points this is causing.
As you might've read and heard updates of our teams are currently working on a unified experience across practice tools with the Xero Partner Hub.
History of client changes aren't wrapped into the initial work, but this is something the team would like to look at longer term and for now we'll move the idea to Accepted. Once Xero Partner Hub is fully released we can consider and will share any updates around history with you all here

Hi community, thanks for your interest on this. While being able to move a Tax Return to another job is something we may look to do later, it's not in the near term plans. For now, we'll continue to collect and monitor your feedback, and share if there's any progress.

I need the same reports on almost every client job I do. It would be great to be able to "favourite" reports that remain across all of my clients, instead of having to favourite those reports on each job I do.
Or better still, the ability to create a custom favourites menu with subheadings with only the items I want, universal across all clients, where I can favourite any report or setting for quick access.
