Hello everyone, I want to get a better understanding of this idea here. Would you think that this can be achieved by selecting the 'Mark as Paid' checkbox? Because if you’ve ticked the box, the document that you’ve published as draft, will change the into Awaiting payment status in Xero - See our article here for more information.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Ann, it'd be good to understand more of the detail that you're seeing on each of these screens that is useful to you - Perhaps there's a report we can suggest that gives all that you're after?
An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Stockton commentedHow about just having the same column names on both the screens? I don’t want a report because then you can’t actively work on the items.
Why aren’t they even sorted the same way by default? Bank Statements is descending by date and Account Transactions is ascending by date.
In bank statements, perhaps we can eliminate the “Analysis Code” column. Why use “Particulars” here and nowhere else?
In account transactions, does “Payment Ref” here = “Reference” in bank statements? Let’s use the same terminology for both.Ann Stockton shared this idea · -

Hi everyone, we thoroughly appreciate all the interest and detail of where and why you'd like to attach files to employees in payroll.
As many will be aware, the team have been making a lot of changes across Payroll to accompany local regulation & compliance such as STP phase2.
With much of this work still on-going, we want to be open that there are no plans at present for this development. It is top of mind for the team, and will be reconsidered when resource becomes more available however we wanted to share and set expectation for the near term with you all, here.

Hi everyone
To follow on from Kelly’s last update, the Product team have made a lot of headway in the 'building on beautiful' work which has prepared the platform to more easily build features solving customer problems, like the ones identified in this thread.
I’m pleased to share that we’re in the early stages of developing a solution that combines increasing the number of statement lines being returned to the page and a search and filter across all of your statement lines.
The product team has a working concept and are looking to validate this with some customers before working out the final details. If you’re interested in participating, please register your interest here. Given the popularity of this idea we expect spaces to fill up fast. Update: we have since closed the form as we have enough interest. We also want to make sure we test…

So you are saying that if I’m in Hubdoc and the item is in “Draft” mode and I click the “Mark as Paid” button, it should change the status to “Awaiting Payment”? If so, there is something wrong with my version of Hubdoc, because that doesn’t work. I can click and unclick the “Mark as Paid” button and all it does is change the “PAID” icon in the top right hand corner of the receipt.
