Hi Barbara, when considering your idea here - is there a specific report you'd find the option to exclude rather than deselecting most useful?

Thanks for sharing and supporting here, everyone.
For those that aren't already across, though manual at present you could run the Account Transactions report to manually reconcile against your filed VAT returns.
We appreciate the process could be more automated. Though this isn't something we have immediate change planned around atm, we'll update you here if there's any news.

An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Hatt commentedCan we have this for UK payroll as well. I want to hide the YTD information as my employees have said it's unnecessary and just clutters up the payslip.

Hi everyone, we appreciate your input and sharing detail of how you'd like to see this developed to help suit the needs of your business.
We want to upfront that we don't have plans for developing this in the next year. However looking further out to the future, our teams will continue to review and consider how they might build inventory in Xero to cater for units of measure.
If you're after an immediate solution, it might be worth exploring connected apps that can integrate with Xero and cater for your business needs. As soon as there's any change or news around this to share we'll be sure to update our community and all of your interested in this, here.An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Hatt commentedAbsolutely absurd that Xero doesn't have an option to include a unit of measurement for an item on an invoice?! This is an essential field.

Hey community, 👋 thanks for all your support on this idea, I’m pleased to let you know that this has been delivered for UK Payroll initially! It includes the ability to select the date range you’re interested in, and check boxes to either select all results or multiple. Then you can download your selection as a single PDF of multiple payslips.
For users in AU and NZ we know this is a highly anticipated feature, however to be open this is not any immediate plans for those teams so we’ll leave this idea open. While we appreciate it doesn’t help employers needing bulk downloads, employees can be invited into the Xero Me portal to self-serve payslip collection.

The ability to customize payslips.
For example, I would like to:
- reduce the amount of unnecessary blank space in the top half of the payslip
- hide the YTD information
- combine all public holidays into one line rather than all on separate ones
- reduce the font size to keep everything on one page rather than run over onto two
