Hi team, while not a feature wide control we've implemented a change leveraging Xero notifications service so you can set a reminder and stay on top of Activity Statement lodgments - Within the settings of this report you'll find a due date reminders tab where you can select a recipient and when you want the reminder to be sent.

Hey everyone, thank you for all your feedback. We’re on a long journey to provide more granular access and controls within Xero features that our customers need.
As you may have seen in some of our recent updates across other user roles ideas we’re currently in the process of adding more permissions within Reporting and Inventory. Further to this our research has highlighted Payroll and Banking as areas that more controls are most needed, and are on our agenda as we continue to develop permissions and access to features.
Your feedback here and through direct engagements with our teams have been extremely insightful, and we appreciate all your inputs.
I'll continue to provide updates on the development of roles for features as we progress.

Thanks for sharing your idea, and letting us know the changes that matter most for you. Currently the History and notes Assurance dashboard shows the date and time for the year. We can appreciate that the Users - login history should show a period longer than 60 days, We've reviewed your idea and now it's up to the community to get behind and support it. Thanks for raising this idea about user role permissions for payment management. It’s a great starting point, and we can see how more granular sales role controls could help with managing access and maintaining internal checks.

This is a HUGE issue in our organisation. We have multiple duplicate contacts, contacts with incorrect details or no details, contacts who are named as email addresses. New contacts are created if someone makes a typing error. You should be able to limit people who are loading purchase orders, bills, sales invoices etc from just adding contacts. It should only allow contacts to be added in the contacts section too so that all relevant information is updated and the correct branding is linked etc.
