I am suggesting to IT team if they unlock drag and drop copy cell from above cell from mouse that feature would be very appreciated and may help to all user to easy invoicing and bill that help to time saving while enter multiple similar details in invoice or bill.   3. Ability to show customer credit limit on the landing page of a GROUP (In this instance Credit Client)

    Purpose - Users can easily see the credit limit along side the contact name and the headers "You Owe" and "They Owe" Providing a snap shot to avoid the need to click into each individual account to check their credit limit.

  4. Recently half of the emails I thought I had sent were 'unable to be sent'. I had no idea until I became worried why my usually reliable clients had not paid me on time. After looking I saw this message on the 'History' trail.

    My suggestion is that where an error occurs like this there is a significant error message signal e.g. a box comes up or things are highlighted in red and bold.

    Cashflow is the lifeblood of any business and if the system is unable to send an invoice this could have serious ramifications for Xero clients.

  5. Have an area in the contact card to opt out of the remittance advice for that supplier. This will save the time in unticking suppliers that never want remittance advice every time a batch payment is made.

There should be an audit trail in Payroll detailing when changes to an Employee record is made (for example: date an address was updated for an employee and what it was until that date, likewise for other details such as email address, bank account number, tax code etc). As an Employer we should be able to rely on the digitised Payroll system we are using to determine when changes to an Employee's record has been made.   8. Please create all excel exports from Xero in the currrent .xlsx format. Most still produce an old xls.file format (for instance Sales Tax Report) and need to be resaved to bring up to date.

  10. It would be great to be able change the e-mail address where files or bills are sent to Xero to simplify it?

    Currently the e-mail address is long and without context and cannot be linked to a specific client outside of Xero in for example Outlook or Gmail.

    An "alias" e-mail address would be helpful.

  11. I think it would be great to have a screen to manage notifications settings.
    This could present a long list of notifications for different things (e.g. for me the important ones are activity statement due soon, STP filing overdue).
    For each item, the user could select if they want it active, how they want to be notified (e.g. header line, or in a widget), and whether to be emailed (very helpful for people like me who only log in once or twice a week and do a days work).

  12. With the implementation of Google and Yahoo email security please enable the ability to send out invoice, quotes and statements using our own domain.

    We are seeing more emails that are sent from within Xero being flagged as Spam or put in Quarantine, especially if the recipient is using Outlook 365.

    Xero needs to implement the ability to send from Xero from our own domain.
    Please furnish us with SPF sending ip/include host name and DKIM certificate. This will reduce the number of email blocked/junkmail, and increase the security of mail sending.

  13. A Xero user with invoice-only access can currently only access files in the file library when creating an invoice. We need this feature to also be available when the same user creates a quote. There is no added risk since the user already has access to the files when creating an invoice. Standard files needs to be sent to clients with their quote and this now needs to be stored on a drive instead of the file library.

  14. Currently all reports can be Exported to PDF, Excel or Googlesheet. Please add an option to export to CSV. This file would not have report headings, just column headings.
    When exported data is to be imported into another system it is time wasting to have to remove the heading lines and convert the file to csv.
    Seeing that Xero requires all it's import files to be in csv, it's odd that this is not an option for the reporting side of things.

  15. Please remove the invoice amount from the "New Invoicing"

    This should be optional for set templates like the classic invoicing where you could turn it off and on. It doesn't look great and prefer the older layout of the emails where you could control the layout more.

  17. It would be very useful if the declined reason could be included in a report/export to enable further investigation as to why quotes where declined.

  18. When entering a new bill, sometimes the VAT value is out by a few pence.

    A spinner button added to the 'Tax Amount' column to quickly increase or decrease the value rather than having to delete and retype would be convenient.

  20. It would be great to be able to copy lines when processing spend money and bill transactions. I need to split costs from a single bill or credit card transaction to locations. Being able to copy data entered to a new line and then change the value if needed and apply the location would save time and limit tedium. Thank you
