  1. When reconciling transfers between accounts, it would be great if the reconciliation of the transfer in 1 account automatically updates the other so you don't have to reconcile it in 2 places

  2. Under the 'New Invoice' creation page, it would be great to add a contact's VAT number as you are creating the contact, on the invoice page.

    Just add one line under the address.

    Then one would not have to navigate to the Contacts page to add the VAT number

  5. Be able to search for a particular term within invoices. For instance as service that is not often invoiced. Could then allow you to copy that particular invoice to a new invoice.

  6. We need to give specific users access to specific sales.
    We have made our employee have draft only sales access, but now we cant collaborate invoices and quotes there should be an option to give users access to specific invoices & quotes, not the total sales in and out

  8. It would be good if there was a warning if an adviser user inadvertently enters a date in a prior accounting period which has been locked. For example year end is 31 Dec 2022 and a current year bill is entered as 17/11/22 instead of 17/11/23

  9. According to different awards Time off in Lieu is suppose to expire in 6 months time if not used. Currently you can only bank and take Time off in Lieu. It would be great if Xero could automatically expire hours not used as this is a common practice in many employee Awards.

  10. We have bureau licences with read only access for clients - however when the bank feed drops they are unable to refresh without upgrading. As they have no other involvement it does not make sense for them to have upgraded access - can we allow them to do this on a slightly improved access level please?

  12. It would be great if there was an option to automatically attach the supplier source invoices to the batch payment summary report.

    For example, where an SME has an in-house accounts person raise the batch payment for approval, you would have the option to not just download the batch summary report but include the attached files as well (i.e. the supplier invoices).

    Currently you have to down load the batch payment summary and attach the invoices separately. Whilst accounting practices may have document manager packages that can do this for them, SME owners may not and this feature would be…

  16. I would prefer that the dates displayed on the Payroll Activity Details & the Payroll Employee Summary reports are the beginning and of the pay period.
    I have found that some of my clients get confused with the way those reports are currently issued, using the payment date.

  17. It would be handy if account transaction list that shows when you click on your bank account could be modified to include / remove different fields so that you can see information that you would like to see when looking at bank transactions without having to create a custom report.

  18. it would be great if there was a tick box for being to select if a contact wants to be excluded from marketing contact. if there was a tick box, it would be handy to be able to generate a report showing those who you can contact and those who have opted out, and being able to export that data to excel. i know xero is a finance platform rather then a direct crm however it just seems that for small businesses especially this would be a great tool and as xero does generate reports and exports to excel anyway…

  19. It's not possible for customers to update their own email address eg if we send an invoice or statement to an old email address and they want to change it. Would be good if customer could update it and we just verify it. Or some kind of automated form they get to speed updating it.

  20. I would like to have my monthly subscription invoices in EUR instead of the standard USD invoices that Xero Global issues. There are a lot of European countries that fall under Xero Global by default but paying these invoices makes us incur unnecessary bank charges due to FX. Please amend and let us decide on the invoicing currency for our subscriptions.
