  2. When someone edits a transaction, we should be able to see what changes were made in the notes section. It isn't helpful just to know that a transaction has been edited, we need to be able to track what changes have been made for auditing purposes.

  3. VAT Return -
    a client view would be useful, which would exclude invoices that are reversed out via prepayment / accrual reversals, or invoices that are reclassified. These inputs and reversals confuse the client, and aren't necessary. However, inclusion in the accountants view is obviously useful.

  4. Show mandate status and progress: In Sage one of the Customer fields is their mandate status. You can see when the mandate was sent, whether it has been submitted, is being processed, is now active or has been cancelled. These are crucial for us. We are finding it very hard to get even a couple of mandates set up due to the way that first invoices are processed (on their invoice date rather than as soon after as practical).   5. Can i request for lock period for specify period such as

             Tick   Lock./ untick lock

    Feb23. /
    Mar23
    Apr23. /
    May23. /
    Onwardj

    Existing lock practise lock until mar23.
    If i want to do amendment on feb23, i need to unlock mar23 and feb23, then i can do amendment on feb23.

  6. The ability to change auto enrolment percentages when a new staff member first is assessed and paid. A staff member has negotiated a higher employer percentage and I know we can change it once this has been added to the payslip going forward but at the time they are assessed and going to be included in the first pay run as well as a popup which lets you postpone them it would be good to also get the option to edit their pension percentages at the same time. It would be great if all the Completed leave was in order with the most recent at the top instead of having to change the order every time I need to see the most recent or scroll all the way to the bottom. I love how the rejected leave requests are now all at the bottom of the Leave list on the employee record but I'm not sure what the "Employee Surname (A-Z)" sort option is for when I'm in just one employee

  10. It would be great if the Activity Statement Transaction reports included the Sales Invoice number in addition to the Reference field. The old full BAS report used to show the Sales Invoice number as the Reference field on the report.

    We use simPRO for Invoicing and when the data is imported the Job No/Order Number is imported into the Reference field in Xero but we sometimes issue multiple invoices per job so the Invoice number is much more relevant as a reference.

  12. It would be useful to see the Date and Contact Name associated with each invoice and expense that is shown in Projects, rather than clicking to view each one each time.

    This is particularly important now that we have realised that those with Projects access but not Standard User access to Xero cannot view the invoices or expenses to see that detail.

Standard invoice template should allow users to remove company name and or address within the tick box options - so that those printing on headed paper (containing pre printed logo and name and address of co) can adapt standard invoice easily and don't require advanced work of docx custom invoice to achieve name and address removal

  17. On the Find and Match section of the bank rec, I would like to see the Reference number and the Xero invoice number in separate, sortable columns much like you can in the sales overview screen. In the current set up, the reference number is not sortable. The ability to sort by reference number in this particular screen would probably save me a couple of hours each week.

  18. Hi there! Really loving the "sticky headers" in the new reporting - just so much easier to use and navigate. I wondered whether it would also be beneficial to implement something similar on the other Xero functions. Namely for employee details. Often, I would find that I would click a tab, scroll down and not find the information I was looking for (because it was actually in another tab facepalm), then I would have to scroll back up to the top of the page to select the right tab.   19. Would be useful to have the option to decline a PO request to remove it from the 'awaiting approval' tab, currently the only option you have is to delete it.

    The full PO side of Xero requires an upgrade, it's useless

We employ some Working Holiday Makers that would be assessed as Australian Residents for Taxation purposes, but the current STP2 system wont allow us to choose the employment type as Working Holiday Visa and then select one of the 2 tax status choices in the Tax tabs. The conflict seems to come from Selecting the Income Type as Working Holiday Maker - It seems a pointless Selection "Payee's country of Origin' if it doesnt trigger the expected tax rate for that selected country.
