UK Payroll - Ability to add note on an individual employee payslip
Payslip Notes - ability to write a note on an individual employee payslip not just one generic note for everyone.

Thanks for the community help on the idea here.
As shared messages can be added to either all staff payslips or individual employee's pay slips.
From within the draft pay run, next to the employee name, click the Memo button + to add a personal message on the employee's payslip. 😊

When in your payrun, click the + icon on the right of the staff member's name under Memo column, you can add the note there. It prints on the bottom of the payslip.

Thanks Geoff but definitely not there for NZ payroll users. How do we get it added?

Pay runs > pay run > click on employee > scroll to bottom > click on "+ Add an individual message for <e'ee>"
This is for AUS but I'm assuming it's the same for all countries.

Where exactly please? Maybe send me a screenshot. I couldn't see anything on their payslip screen. Many thanks

You can do this already. It’s at the bottom of the employee’s pay screen.
