Sooo many suggestions! A shortcut CGT entry, could be easily done by making the boxes in the CGT summary clickable like the expenses area. Thereby not having to complete a full schedule for everything.

Advisors - Decrease points to qualify for Advisor Directory
Xero advisors in the US are climbing an uphill battle since Xero is not well known, I would love it if I could get on the advisor directory with less points. I cant get Xero clients without the directory but I cant get the directory without Xero clients. Its a catch 22

Xero Sign - Smaller Signature Bundles for smaller firms
I run a small firm and for me it is not worth subscribing to your esign bundles. I need approximately 10 signatures a year and paying £60 for 10 signatures is not a justifiable expense to me. You should offer either a smaller bundle of 10 signatures or maybe a pay by signature option.

Xero Tax (AU) | Tax return - Allow us to select which schedules get printed
Have a separate tick box to include/exclude the detailed disclosure (separate from other schedules).
We would like to be able to print schedules where required but not show all of the detail for the asset and liabilities disclosure. Allow us to select which schedules get printed with the tax return, rather than the all or nothing approach.

AU Tax - R&D Schedule to automatically fill Part B7 and Part B9
The R & D Schedule does not automatically pull through the following items in the tax return:
R & D recoupment amount (Part B -7) - This amount is required to be manually entered on the income tax calculation statement at label M, R & D recoupment tax.
Total clawback - additional assessable income (Part B - 9) - This amount is required to be manually entered in the reconciliation spreadsheet, Other assessable income, label B

NZ Tax - Option to toggle between client display name and legal name on ITR
Client full legal name should display on the individual tax return rather than their display (preferred) name. Or give us the option to choose which name should be pulled into which report.

XPM - Create a registered office field on contact details for companies
Create a Registered Office field in the contact details so that for client companies, we can have a quick view of physical/business, postal and registered office details. Currently, we have had to create a custom field, which you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to view.

Xero HQ - Warning when archiving client with active Xero organisation subscription
Archiving a client with a Xero Ledger/Plan seems almost too easy as there is no warning to prompt you to cancel the subscription/or remove yourself as a user - So you could end up paying for a Xero Ledger/plan indefinitely and not know.
As an example, we discovered 20+ entities that had been archived in XPM/XeroHQ but not cancelled in Xero.
There is currently no way to easily find out if any active ledgers/plans are on the Archived list (which thanks to the Xero Single Client Record Process we now have 3,000+ archived clients) as you

NZ Tax - Generate all provisional tax payment letters prior to the due date passing
IRD has $ for 3 provisional tax payment dates, however the Tax Payments listing only shows the next provisional tax payment due and misses the 2nd and 3rd ones until the date of each provisional tax payment has passed. It would be more accurate to have all tax payments showing on their due date regardless of the date of viewing.

AU TAX - Send tax returns to clients directly through Xero Tax
It would be useful to be able to email tax returns direct from XERO tax. Returns sent by XERO sign can only be viewed by a client in their entirity prior to signing if they have an ADOBE account.

Xero Tax (UK) | Add/Remove detailed P&L to statutory accounts after they have been submitted
Once filleted accounts have been filed, there is no option to add or remove the detailed P&L to the full statutory accounts.

Xero Tax - List of payments made to IRD
We would like to be able to run a listing of physical payments made to IRD by clients over a date range that shows the client name, IRD number, payment date recorded by IRD, tax type and the tax period/year that it was applied to.
This would enable us to easily identify when clients pay tax to the wrong period.

XPM - Sort clients by Salutation & Name
We have many individual clients who don't have a company or trust etc. Can there be a salutations field that can be used specifically for addressing them in invoices and tax letters that doesn't affect where they stand in the alphabetical order of things? If we update their display name, all of those clients would be under 'M' for Miss, Mrs, Ms or Mr rather that their first or last name which then throws reporting if you're looking for someone in particular in a list of people. Xero Tax - Display currencies in alphabetical order + update rates automatically
Please make currency codes in dropdown menu in item 20 ITR display alphabetically (what psychopath decided it was a good idea to put them in a random order?). Also, it should have built-in exchange rates based on ATO average and year end data with the ability to select a methodology (i.e. Actual, Average, or Year End).

Canada - GST - Sales Tax Report Date Customization
In Canada it is common to have January 1, 20XX as the fiscal year end date instead of December 31, 20XX. As a result, the Sales Tax Reports are unable to be utilized because even though I can have my fiscal year end matching in Xero, it won't let me run the report based on custom dates - for example, if I have a quarterly filer that has a January 1, 20XX fiscal year end, then the Q1 period is going to be January 2 to April 1 and it would be due May 1 - and not Jan 1…

Xero HQ - Make Analytics and Analytics Plus available in HQ
Why is Xero Analytics and Analytics Plus not available for Xero partners within Xero HQ? Is this currently in consideration because it would be extremely useful to promote to existing clients who are currently using other BI tools that have no API connectivity with Xero and making the financial analysis process much more complex than it should be?

XPM - Report audit trail
Audit trail to see who has created / amended / deleted custom reports. We had a situation where a report was deleted and unable to identify who had inadvertently done this.
