Hubdoc - Replicate Xero HQ access in Hubdoc
Need a better user management/access experience in HubDoc. Currently the practice user who set up the Hubdoc account needs to invite all other practice users into the client. Would it be possible to merge the Hubdoc access into the Xero HQ access or replicate the HQ access system in HubDoc.

AU Tax | Email templates - Ability to rename
I would like to know if it is possible to rename email templates that are used when sending returns or Activity Statements Out for Signature. eg: from 'Custom 1' to a more useful name

Activity Statement - Ability to revise through Xero
Revise Activity Statement / IAS via Xero when a client has lodged their own IAS/BAS. It would be beneficial for tracking purposes if Xero offered the facility to unlock a submitted BAS/IAS to review & amend and relodge with the ATO. Whilst these can be revised via ATO Portal there is no tracking or record of an amendment in Xero

Practice Manager - Set which fields are mandatory on client profile
It would be great to be able to customise if the fields are mandatory or not for new client setups. This would allow us to ensure that the fields we need setup are being setup by the admin team.

Practice Settings | Time & Productivity - Option to show Saturday/Sunday
Change Capacity under Settings/Practice to allow for Saturday and Sunday so that on the Dashboard for Time Summary the time entered on Saturday and Sunday shows and is reflected in the Productivity circle on the Dashboard

Xero HQ | Client list - Option to view client codes
We use client codes for all our clients. There is an option to input this into the client record, but it would be good to be able to see that on the screen and sort by it, rather than just alphabetical list of clients.

AU Tax - Custom Cover Letter Placeholders
For Tax return cover letters to have the ability to use the merge field 'Tax Form Due date' from the client record screen. Currently this placeholder is not available to Tax Return Cover Letters.

XPM - Relationships - Add Share Class Type
The ability to add share class in relationships.
Currently you can only add the number of shares.
However, we have a lot of companies that have different share class types (A Class, B Class, ORD Class etc).
SUGGEST: adding a field under number of shares where you can type the share class (see attached example).This is a critical feature for our firm that is missing from XPM.

Activity Statement - pre-populate W1 and W2
Pre-populate W1 and W2 fields in the Activity Statement when using an outside payroll program. This would save time and reduce errors.

Hubdoc - Turned off foreign currency
Please can foreign currency be OPTIONAL and turned off?
Foreign currency has been added our file in error via an invoice from Hubdoc that was uploaded as USD. It has since been corrected to AUD and there are no foreign currency transactions in the ledger.
BUT - all reports annoyingly come up with all the 'source' columns. We don't want this to accidentally happen again when we are getting invoices from offshore software providers etc.

Have a multi tick box option for custom fields to be able to select more than one option.
i.e. we are a multi disciplinary accounting firm and offer multi different services such as advisory, tax, bookkeeping etc and won't to be able to identify what the client has engaged us for [frequently it's more than one service]7 votes -
AU Tax - New client's information are automatically filled for tax return
It would be very helpful that when a new Tax Return for a new Client is created that the Clients mobile numbers and emails are put in by default and we have the option to set a default for the Clients bank details & postal address to always be selected.
I know that the information carries on from the previous year regarding the address and bank details but if the information is supplied on the new client profile before the Tax Return is created it should automatically select the Clients Information.20 votes -

Xero HQ - Ability to sort clients by "Unreconciled Items"
With the updates happening around Xero HQ, it would be a great time to be able to provide additional search functions on the Practice Client list. At a minimum, being able to sort by "Unreconciled Items" would be very helpful.

Practice Manager - Delete multiple jobs
Delete Multiple Jobs. When you want to cancel/delete a job, you have to do this one by one. This is okay but if you have like 30 BAS jobs from x client, it is a pain to delete one by one.

XPM - Separate set of state for different jobs
Improving XPM Workflow Capabilites with Seperate & Specific Job States & Automation Triggers
Seperate set of state for different job templates/workflows. XPM currently only has one set of job states. there should be the ability to have multiple for different jobs. These states should also be able to be transferred into a kanban board view and when the job state is changed either by drag & drop or dropdown certain automated actions should be triggered such as automated emails or deploying client or internal forms to be completed etc. At the moment the XPM's workflow capabiliteis are extremely limited.

Uncoded Statement Lines Report - option to select a combination of bank accounts, rather than one or all
In the bank account tab it would be good to have a tick box where you can select the accounts you want in your report. I have some client with 6 or more different bank accounts. If I only have two with un-coded transactions, being able to tick those two and then run the report would be practical and easier for my clients to follow.

Document Packs - Select signatories from Xero HQ
Current: Signatory name and email address for Document Packs are manually typed in (once per pack).
Issue: Manual input is repetitive, error prone, and requires switching tabs.
Request: These details usually exist in Xero HQ already, so I'd like to be able to select my signatory from this list.
Potential future features enabled by this:
When a signatory is selected this way, other signatories could be pre-populated in the one-click right-bar based on whether they've been in the same group of signatories in a previous Document Pack.
History of Document Packs attributed to each Xero HQ record.
