Homepage - Resize Widgets
Homepage seems overly cluttered. Would be great to be able to resize widget tiles & have the ability to change the graph styles
Thanks for your feedback on the new homepage here. We appreciate what works well and not so well for our customers with the new experience. Our product team have been taking this all onboard as they continue to plan their roadmaps. Since initially released in beta, they've made some changes to the 'Cash in and out' and 'Chart of accounts' widgets so when customising your view you'll now have the options to 'Make larger' or 'Make smaller'.
Right now, they're also considering sizing of other widgets and your contributions in this idea are super useful to their exploration of this. I'll be sure to share any further updates of the sizing of widgets with you all here.

@Kelly -- This is similar to the request I posted a week or so ago. Someone on your team combined my request into a feature request for the released product (not the beta navigation), and you'll see that I left a comment saying I think that combination was a mistake -- trying to merge 2 distinct requests. If you need to combine my request (& any associated votes) anywhere, it should probably be here. Thanks.
Here's the link to the feature where my request was combined -- incorrectly, in my opinion: https://productideas.xero.com/forums/939198-for-small-businesses/suggestions/47768120-xero-resize-in-conjunction-with-browser-window

I find the view is too much and some of the widgets are too big. I'd love to be able to choose a smaller size for some that don't need such significant real estate.
Also allow the Accountant to set a global view that would encompass client and team views. This makes sure that everyone is seeing the same reporting and data

I would like the ability to resize the widgets on the homepage. Perhaps this is offering versions of the widgets with or without different elements (e.g., toggling the bar chart on or off on the "bills to pay" or "invoices owed to you" widgets). Perhaps it's literally just about making it smaller & removing excessive white space (see attached example of the chart of accounts watchlist for one of my clients).
