Branding - Custom DOCX template for Remittance Advices

Ability to customise the branding of Remittance with a DOCX / advanced branding theme

Purpose: This would allow businesses that are already using DOCX / Advance branding to apply consistent branding to the Remittance advice that is sent to their suppliers.

Hi everyone, we understand you'd like more consistency in the documents you send from Xero and appreciate all your feedback on Remittance customisation here. While we have longer terms intentions to improve branding across Xero, this is not roadmapped for development at present.

We'll continue to stay connected to the idea here and engage to share when there is opportunity to develop in this space.

    The provided template is very unprofessional looking and doesn't even keep all of the required information on one line!!

    Please allow customisation ASAP as it does not look professional when my email is across 2 lines as is my title.

    Branding is important and also make it looks more professional.

    Branding is an important part of the practice. Attention to detail is one of the core competencies of our business and having a lack-lustre statement template does not show positively for branding purposes and projects an image of unprofessionalism.

    It's a little surprising that this is supported for all the other document types, but not remittance (the document with the ugliest default layout).

    Plus would be great to add more customisation to the template as with the docx templates

    I want to be able to remove columns such as payment reference that I don't need

    I wish to add the suppliers bank details - make life easier to pass to the bank team with all the information needed to make payment.

    It seems silly that you can edit and brand invoices and statements etc but not remittances. This needs to be addressed.

    This needs to be actioned as soon as possible. It is frustrating having to submit remittance advices that do not match the company branding applied to invoices and purchase orders.

    Many of my clients would benefit from this feature being made available and I would use it as a matter of day to day business when paying supplier bills for them.
