Improving user permissions and providing greater control over sensitive data is a key area of focus for us. While we have no specific feature to announce today, your feedback is critical in shaping the future of this part of Xero. We understand the need for a straightforward process to download all payslips at once, particularly for WorkCover claims or employee requests where multiple payslips are required. We’re excited to let you know that our product team is now actively working on a solution to allow bulk downloading of payslips. In the meantime, you can use the Payroll Activity Details report to get a detailed breakdown of each payslip. It's also worth noting that employees can access and download their own payslips directly through the Xero Me portal.  commentedWould be great to have this ability. But in the meantime for Apprentices, I've been running a Payroll Activity Summary report, then just the first 1or 2 payslips and the last 1or2 payslips for the period and then a Payroll Activity Detailed Report for the same period. 
 I've merged these documents as one PDF and uploaded in claims with ADMS, and they have been accepted/Approved with no problem. Sue Clasen

We really appreciate all your feedback and the detailed explanations of how this would help streamline your accounts payable. We are dedicated to providing a solution for this over the longer term, but this will take some time requiring changes that sit beneath the face of bills. In lieu of a direct feature for this we wanted to highlight some of the options discussed by the community here: - Add a note to the bill: A detailed note on the bill itself can serve as a clear internal reminder of the dispute.
- Utilise tracking categories: Creating a specific tracking category like "Disputed Bills" can help you filter and report on these items.
- Adjust the due date: Temporarily extending the due date can prevent accidental payment while the dispute is…

112 votesHi Wojciech, if an invoice or bill has already been paid there is no amount left outstanding for the invoice. It sounds like you'd like the ability to easily copy the detail of an invoice to a credit note? I've slightly updated the title of your idea here, for this. If this doesn't quite reflect it'd be great to get more detail of scenarios you'd in which your business receives a credit note for a completely paid invoice or bill.  Sue Clasen

205 votesHey everyone, we thank you for the detailed feedback on improving how leave requests work for part-time employees in Australian payroll. We understand the value of shifting the task of adjusting hours to employees, freeing up payroll administrators’ time for other priorities and we also appreciate the points raised around accuracy and compliance. While we don’t have current plans to deliver exactly what’s been suggested here, our product team is continuing to focus on developing working patterns within AU Payroll. Based on what we’ve seen in other regions, this'll likely address many of the needs discussed here. We’ll move this idea to Not in pipeline for now, but we’ll keep you posted on any updates that could help achieve what’s being asked.  Sue Clasen

You're correct in that the responsibility outlined in my response is relevant to the concessional contribution cap. Seeing your responses today, we now appreciate that the idea here is specifically around the maximum contribution base. I want to assure you this is something our product teams are paying close attention to and though we don't have any immediate plans we can share, we will consider this request as we continue to plan our roadmap - We encourage you to share any further details on your experiences related to managing the maximum contribution base as these will be helpful to the product team as they assess this feature. After reviewing with our product team, this feature isn't currently on our roadmap, and we'll update the status to 'Not in Pipeline'. Right now, setting up an external calendar could help you track these important dates. Yes, I agree!
I'm sure plenty of time could be saved if we had the ability to see the USI beside the fund name when selecting a Super fund for an employee.
