New Invoicing - Show stock level when adding a Tracked inventory item
When typing a quote, available stock used to show (when you typed a figure in the "quantity" field (if available stock was less than required the open window would turn red) but it doesn't now. It would be great if this feature were also added to invoices (and quotations as before) so that one didn't need to check stock on a different page for each item being invoiced. I note that it shows when typing a credit note, so it must be possible!
Hi team, thanks for your contribution and sharing with us on your use of being able to see levels of stock when invoicing. Right now, our team are developing improvements to the line item grid in new invoicing, where you enter detail of your invoices. This work also involves providing visibility of your tracked inventory stock on hand so you know how many items you have to sell.
For now we'll move to working on it and I'll keep you updated of when this is released in new invoicing.

We like the New Invoice format, but prefer the Classic version when entering quantities. The Classic version advises the quantity you have on hand - the New Invoice format doesn't do this.
Would be nice to have this feature in the New Invoice format.

We recently switched from classic invoicing to new invoicing to take advantage of the new packing slip feature. But I've found that the New Invoicing doesn't show the current stock level for products being invoiced when you put your curser over the quantity. This was a very useful tool for keeping on eye on live stock levels under classic invoicing. It's possible to switch back and forth between classic and new invoicing but such a useful tool should be carried over and be part of New Invoicing.

PLEASE bring this back. It worked in Quotes and Invoices. Now it's just... Gone. You have to submit an invoice to get the stock failure instead of immediately knowing the item is out (and suggest an alternative)
